Nowadays,the use of information systems for business and data management has become the main method of daily office work.However,with the continuous use of the system and the continuous increase of users,performance bottlenecks caused by large concurrency and massive data have become increasingly prominent,and module updates due to version iterations have become more and more frequent.How to ensure the efficient operation of business systems under the conditions of big data and high concurrency,and how to ensure the normal operation of other business modules in the process of module iteration,are two major application pain points that urgently need to be resolved in the current industry information system.The general framework of management information system(MIS)designed in this paper,from the perspective of software reusability,decomposes common MIS business and extracts common core business,including: organizational structure management,user management,authorization platform and log management,Through encapsulation and data sharing,the core framework of general MIS is built,and on this basis,a set of UI,The VI is unified,suitable for rapid development by the team and universally applicable to the general framework of most MIS.The main features and innovations of this work are in three aspects:(1)By studying the general structure and function of MIS,extracting and encapsulating business,and unifying UI,VI,user operation,system interface,parameter transfer,etc.,designed and developed a set of MIS systems that can be universally applied to most MIS systems The core functions of the encapsulated core framework can be applied through simple database configuration;(2)Design and improve the distributed SOA architecture based on.NET Frame Work to make it easy for function expansion,team development,and staged implementation of large systems.The framework uses the concept of "data segmentation" in terms of performance,and proposes a dynamic table partitioning strategy,so that the project can achieve query speeds within seconds even with millions of data;(3)The framework was applied to the provincial business sub-centers of reservoir resettlement in Jiangxi Province.After more than one year of use,it verified the advantages of this framework in large concurrency and big data processing.The system not only adapts well to the rapid changes in the poverty alleviation business in our province,the short rectification time required,and the timely statistical summary requirements;but also under the extremely limited hardware resources,the provincial sub-centers can handle nearly tens of billions of funds and 2,000 people.Efficient operation during single-point reading and writing.
