With the continuous development of social economy and science and technology,intelligent warehousing has been widely developed in flexible manufacturing system and logistics.Warehousing is an extremely important part of the logistics industry.Because it can improve the profits of enterprises and reduce the operating costs of enterprises,the research on warehousing has become a hot topic.The intelligence of enterprises can reduce the labor cost,which is conducive to the sustainable development of enterprises.AGV intelligent car can replace the manual picking operation.AGV has the characteristics of automation,flexibility and security,which can improve the efficiency of the whole manufacturing logistics system.In this paper,the single AGV scheduling problem and the multi AGV scheduling problem are studied respectively under the two non-traditional layout environments of flying-v layout and fishbone layout.Taking the AGV walking distance as the research objective function,the mathematical models of single AGV and multi AGV walking distance are constructed respectively,and the corresponding distance matrices are given for the two layouts.For the single AGV scheduling problem,the mathematical model is established,and the genetic algorithm,hybrid particle swarm algorithm and ant colony algorithm are designed.In the genetic algorithm,the coding,fitness,population initialization,crossover,mutation,evolution reversal and decoding of the genetic algorithm are introduced in detail,and the flow chart of the single AGV genetic algorithm is drawn.Then the hybrid particle swarm algorithm is designed,and the ant colony algorithm is introduced in detail The key steps of hybrid particle swarm optimization,such as coding,fitness,individual optimal crossover and group optimal crossover,are introduced.Then the ant colony algorithm is designed and the algorithm steps are explained.After the design of single AGV scheduling algorithm is completed,it is simulated in two kinds of non-traditional layout,and the total driving distance of AGV,the running time of program and the number of iterations of optimal solution are obtained.For the multi AGV scheduling problem,taking all AGV walking distance as the optimization objective,the mathematical model of multi AGV walking distance is constructed.For the multi AGV problem,two-stage chromosome coding is adopted,and then the above three algorithms are redesigned.The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by simulation in two non-traditional layouts.Finally,according to the system requirements analysis,the overall and detailed design of the system is carried out.Based on the spring boot framework,Java technology combined with My SQL database is used to complete the non-traditional layout storage system programming.
