Study On Market Supervision WeChat Official Account Operation From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance

The rapid development of economy and society and the complex changes in the market have led to the gradual emergence of the limitations of traditional governance by government departments alone.In the current situation,market supervision urgently needs the coordinated governance of multiple subjects such as government departments,operators,consumers,social organizations and the media.With the explosive development of scientific information technology,new government media with the Internet have also been emerging,from portals to government software,to Weibo and Douyin.In recent years,with its unique advantages,government We Chat has been more and more favoured by various government departments after continuous optimisation.The We Chat official account of market supervision has the characteristics of rapid accuracy,convenience,diversity,relative closure,etc.It has many in line with the concept of collaborative governance of market supervision.In theory,it can be promoted by promoting the willingness of the participants of the subject of market co-governance,providing technical support and participation channels for market co-governance,and ensuring the implementation of the collaborative system.The realisation of coordinated market supervision and governance.On the basis of the collaborative governance framework system and the theory of communication,using the literature analysis method,questionnaire investigation method and comparative research method,this paper first takes "Section W market supervision" as an example to briefly compare with other government We Chat,summarises the current situation of the operation of the market supervision We Chat official account,and then analyses the problems and causes of the problems in the operation of the We Chat official account of market supervision under the theoretical perspective of collaborative governance.Finally,from the perspective of promoting collaborative governance,it is proposed that the market supervision We Chat official account can be improved from three pathways: subject,organisation and system,and puts forward corresponding optimisation countermeasures,so as to further promote the realisation of market supervision and collaborative governance through the development of We Chat official account.
