With the rapid development of China’s economy,advanced consumption has become a normal.As one of the advanced payment tools,credit card is a combination of information collection and business in the Internet plus finance environment.It is of urgent practical significance to improve the service quality of the bank credit card collection system and ensure the level of customer satisfaction.This paper takes the credit card collection system designed by a software company as the research object,combined with the current research situation of the satisfaction of the relevant products in the financial services industry,starting from the characteristics of the outsourcing collection industry and the financial services of the software system,identifies the influencing factors of the customer satisfaction of the credit card collection system designed by a software company,and constructs the customer satisfaction index system of the credit card collection system,It includes four secondary indicators of software quality,service quality and document quality,and 13 tertiary indicators of system stability,attitude of after-sales service personnel and speed of system upgrade.AHP is used to evaluate and determine the weight of each index,and then the satisfaction index is evaluated and weighted according to the customer satisfaction survey data of the entrusted company,and the general conclusion of customer satisfaction of the collection system is obtained.On this basis,the importance satisfaction analysis is carried out by using the quad chart,aiming at the quality of system update,business satisfaction,service satisfaction,service satisfaction,etc According to the indexes of high importance and low satisfaction such as system operation and reaction speed,the promotion strategy of customer satisfaction of credit card collection system of a software company is determined.Specifically,it includes improving product quality,standardizing product development process,strengthening communication and negotiation with Party A,and proposing corresponding safeguard measures.The research results of this paper can help enterprises to standardize the product development process,improve the quality of product services,and reverse support the quality of more software products such as banking,consumer finance and Internet finance,which has a certain promotion value.
