Industrial control systems have been widely used in power,water,energy,transportation and other industrial fields in modern society,these fields are the cornerstone of the national key information infrastructure construction,its security is closely related to the stable development of society and the modern basic life guarantee and so on.Especially in recent years,industrial control system safety incidents occur frequently,and they tend to have a great impact.Therefore,the safety of industrial control systems is the focus of attention in various countries around the world.The main content of this paper is to study the information security evaluation system of industrial control system based on neighborhood rough set algorithm,mainly from the research of information security evaluation system of industrial control system and the selection and improvement of attribute reduction algorithm.The main innovation points are:1.An effective evaluation index system and index quantification method are established.By analyzing the main external threats facing the industrial control system,a comprehensive evaluation index system is established.While ensuring the comprehensiveness of the evaluation content,the quantitative method is optimized and the subjective arbitrariness of the index score is reduced.2.This paper proposes an improved evaluation method based on neighborhood rough set algorithm,which can effectively reduce the influence of subjective factors on evaluation results by identifying the weight ratio of evaluation index and expert score.The comprehensive evaluation results of the system are obtained,and the high risk hidden danger of the system is found.Based on the evaluation results,some suggestions for improving information security are given.
