| With the continuous acceleration of the globalization process,the world economic environment has become more and more unpredictable.In order to cope with the ever-increasing impact of economic risks,the scale of enterprises has continued to expand and become increasingly diversified.However,with the expansion of the scale of enterprises,problems such as sudden increase in personnel management costs and relatively weakened management and control have also been brought about.At this time,it is extremely important to choose an appropriate financial management model to promote changes in the enterprise.And through the practice of many domestic and foreign enterprise groups,the financial shared service model has been proven to effectively improve financial efficiency,reduce financial costs,improve management and control,and enhance corporate competitiveness.This study selects the Guangdong branch of China Post Group Co.,Ltd.,a large-scale state-owned enterprise,as the research object.Based on the current status of the company’s financial management and operation,after understanding the company’s internal financial organization structure,financial business processes and other information on the ground,There are some problems in the development of the current financial management model of the company: first,insufficient information integration capabilities,online and offline data cannot be efficiently and conveniently interconnected;second,the quality of process management implementation is not high,and the job functions of different financial positions are not clear;third is performance The appraisal system is not sound,and the financial system is loose and inconsistent.Fourth,there are still some obstacles to financial transformation,including the shortage of talents and the unpredictable risks.In view of the problems of the company,this research analyzes the construction and operation of the financial sharing center of its sister company China Post Group Co.,Ltd.Jilin Branch through case study,and according to the actual situation in Guangdong,the construction of core modules of financial sharing services and strengthening of financial sharing The center provides suggestions for the construction of its financial sharing center in terms of centralized accounting functions,gradually realizing the integration of business and finance,and improving the wisdom of financial sharing. |
