Research On The Development Of Artificial Intelligence Technology Based On Patent Information Mining

Artificial intelligence,as a new generation of information technology,has been highly concerned by countries all over the world,and has aroused fierce competition among academia,industry and governments.This article mainly discussed the related theory of patents and artificial intelligence.The development history of global artificial intelligence technology and that of domestic artificial intelligence technology are summarized.This paper studies the operation principle and process of Cite Space visual knowledge graph software,compares and analyzes the differences between the export literature data in WOS core database and Derwent patent database,and processes the patent data in combination with the analysis principle of Cite Space software.Exporting the index data of AI-related patents in the Derwent Innovations index(DII),processing all patent raw data and extracting the relevant information of AI patents by Python program.Derwent patent data were divide patent abstract by NOVELTY,USE and ADVANTAGE features,and the three abstract were extracted and imported into Cite Space visualization software for co-occurrence analysis and frequency analysis.At the same time,the co-occurrence analysis is also carried out on the manual code and inventors brought by the patent.On the basis of the above,this paper puts forward a method to calculate the technical detail words,the use product words,the function effect words and the subject words.These methods are used to analyze the co-occurrence network analysis,word frequency analysis and centrality analysis of global and Chinese artificial intelligence patents,Shows that the neural network,automatic driving vehicle,depth study,face recognition is the most important theme in patents,detection method,the identification method,the computer equipment is the main use and products,improve accuracy and efficiency is the main advantage of AI-patent,characteristic vector,feature extraction and test set are the main technical details.Secondly,through the analysis of the basic information of global patents,it can be concluded that artificial intelligence technology is in the stage of rapid development.About half of the global artificial intelligence patents come from China.Among the patents in China,invention patents account for more than 80%,and most of them are in the state of review.Through the analysis of the current situation,it is found that the United States has more groundbreaking and breakthrough theoretical research,while China pays more attention to the application and commercialization of technology,and achieves more results on the ground.Based on the relevant situation in China,some suggestions and countermeasures are provided from the perspectives of education,system,policy and technology.
