In recent years,mobile devices have become an indispensable part of people's lives,which has brought great prosperity to the mobile application market.The types and functions of mobile applications have grown explosively.Relatively speaking,the hardware development speed of mobile devices has not kept up.In the face of the growing demand of mobile applications for computing resources and the limited resources of mobile devices,mobile cloud computing technology has emerged as a very effective solution.Mobile cloud computing technology can offload part of complex computing tasks from mobile devices to the cloud through the mobile Internet,making up for the problem of insufficient resources due to the limited volume of mobile devices,reducing the energy consumption of mobile devices and improving the performance of devices.However,when mobile devices communicate with the cloud,energy consumption and delay of data receiving and sending are produced.Therefore,how to schedule and offload tasks reasonably and efficiently under the premise of ensuring the quality of service has become the research focus of mobile cloud computing.Aiming at random task sequence,this paper studies the task execution scheduling control under different constraints and systems with the goal of optimizing the energy consumption of mobile devices.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:1.For the task scheduling problem of energy consumption and delay tradeoff,an application is divided into several types of tasks,and each type of task is generated its own waiting queue.Then the weighted sum of energy consumption and time is taken as the optimization objective.In this paper,Lyapunov optimization theory is introduced to solve the optimal CPU frequency and transmission power of mobile devices in each slot on the premise of ensuring the stability of the queue,and to find the task scheduling decision with the objective of minimizing the weighted sum of energy consumption and delay.2.Aiming at the task scheduling problem to guarantee the quality of service(Qo S),the optimization objective is to minimize the energy consumption of mobile devices under the average delay constraint.A new unconstrained optimization objective function is constructed by weighting the average delay constraint into the original objective function by Lagrange method.Then,Lyapunov optimization method is used to optimize the new objective function.Thus,without prior knowledge of task arrival,the optimal scheduling decision can be found from the feasible solution to meet the Qo S performance requirements and improve the energy efficiency of the system.Experimental simulation is used to verify its effectiveness.
