Informatization has become the development trend of various industries in the world today.In the early stage of informatization of Company T,software outsourcing was used for the construction of informatization projects due to the limitation of software technology level and the purpose of reducing risks.This caused Company T to lag behind general software information technology companies in terms of software development capabilities.Company T is determined to improve its software R&D strength and began to form its own R&D team and increase the investment in R&D resources under this circumstance.However,due to the lack of sufficient investment in software project management,in the process of software project development,schedule delays frequently occur,which has become an obstacle on the road to informatization.This thesis adopts literature research methods and case analysis methods to investigate and analyze the software project of Company T,and analyzes the problems of Company T in software project time management.Then this work re-establishes a scientific software project management system for Company T and takes Company T’s airport lounge room management software system project as a pilot project.By using the project time management method,we finally complete the project earlier than the planned delivery time and target delivery time.After investigating the problems of Company T,we adopt the interpretive structure modeling method in the system engineering methodology,and successfully find the main factors in the progress control for Company T.In the requirement management stage of the project,the Requirement Breakdown Structure is adopted for the project and the requirements are analyzed and selected one by one.For the requirements that have limited resources and important risk issues,solve the existing problems before the project enters the implementation stage.For the purchase of face recognition technology or independent research and development options in the lounge management system project,the AHP analytic method provides a scientific evaluation method for Company T’s technology introduction decision.In the research and development of face recognition technology in the airport lounge room management software system project,the AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to provide a scientific evaluation method for Company T’s technology introduction decision.When formulating the Company T’s project management system,we combine with Company T’s organizational structure and organizational culture,and use a combination of the Scrumbanfall model method,buffer zone supervising,burndown chart supervising,and machine learning on activity choosing to replace the waterfall model which adopted by Company T before.With such a scheme,we solve the problem of schedule delay caused by Company T’s shortage of manpower,chaotic division of labor,and difficulty in monitoring resources and schedules.In summary,from the burndown chart and buffer consumption of the project,we conclude that the use of a time management method has made the actual progress of the project better than the construction period established during the initial plan review,which improves the level of the team and team members.
