With the convergence and integration of digital technology and production activity of human,global data is showing explosive growth and massive agglomeration.Data has increasingly become an important strategic resource and new production factor.For the first time,the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to consider data as a production factor playing an important part in distribution.As a significant production factor in the era of the data economy,data re-sources are used to build a secure and credible data element market,which can fully release data dividends and realize the flow of data value,while ensuring the security of data re-sources and the privacy protection needs of data subjects,thereby promoting efficient and healthy development of the digital economy.As the glue between the blockchain technol-ogy and the real economy,the consortium blockchain can effectively solve the problem of decentralization and trustless resource sharing across organizational boundary scenar-ios,and provide credible distributed accounting capabilities for industry consortium.For the positive side,the channel feature enabled by consortium blockchain technology al-lows organizations within the consortium to create and maintain isolated channel ledgers.Nevertheless,while ensuring data privacy,it also introduces the problem of data islands,that is,data elements with different ownerships cannot directly interact to perform multi-party computing tasks.It has become a major bottleneck restricting the development of application ecology around consortium blockchain.On the other hand,as the maturity of Intel SGX technology increases,the trusted computing technology powered by the trusted hardware and the memory isolation mechanism,has also been widely studied and imple-mented in the industry as the mainstream technical route to achieve private computing.The dissertation intends to combine the Fabric-based consortium blockchain with the trusted execution environment technology to build a data asset trading platform pro-viding multi-party data resource exchange and circulation services for different industries or general data markets.The platform would also empower data owners the ability to participate in data transactions and multi-party computations without giving up their data privacy rights,which could undoubtedly promote the benign circulation of the value of data resources,and maximize the asset attributes of data resources.Research and development of the platform is led by the design principle of separa-tion of concerns and modularity,producing mutual decoupling components surrounding several facets including trusted data catalogue,trusted transmission,trusted storage,and trusted computing.The data trading platform and trusted computing core link are built upon above components,covering core processes such as local/remote attestation,data sealing,trusted computing model building,containerization of TEE computing enclave,and multi-party computing.
