| Semiconductor is the foundation of electronic industry,which can be seen as a reflection of the national scientific and technological strength.In recent years,our country attaches more importance to the development of semiconductor industry,and invest plenty of money on the support.The semiconductor manufacturing enterprises are springing up and fiercely competitive.In this kind of environment,a semiconductor industry,which wants to occupy a tiny space in the market,must ensure the quality of products,promote the price advantage and speed up the research progress.The MXT is a military IC design company having a complete quality control series.However,quality management level causes the delay of manufacturing schedule and high cost,which further led to the delay of manufacturing schedule and the high product price.Together these factors reduce the core competitive ability in the semiconductor industry.This paper first summarizes and studies the correlative theory of procurement management,and then analyze the problems and the reasons for procurement management of MXT by making a comparative analysis of the procurement processes of the MXT and HXT.This paper uses three first level indexes,namely the purchase quality indicators,materials cost indicators,procurement status indicators,to construct the evaluating index system for procurement management,which consists of ten second level indexes such as qualification rate,inventory turnover etc.Moreover,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the quality management level of MXT.The results show that the quality management level of MXT has big promotion space,which is insufficient in the procurement cost control and delivery schedule.In the end,by referring to the theory of procurement process control and procurement management mode,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions on improving the procurement management of MXT,that is,optimize process control including procurement plan,inventory management and pricing procedure,perfect the procurement management system,promote the information management,strengthen the management of suppliers..This paper presents some improvement strategies to improve the procurement management of MXT,which is useful to realize management goal of costing cutting,improving performance and increasing the core competitiveness of the enterprise.The presented scientific strategies also have a good reference significance to peer group. |
