| The operation management and control system of scenic spots is designed to improve the unity,comprehensiveness,intuitiveness and digitalization of scenic spots management,and improve the management efficiency and quality.Although it has entered the era of rapid development of information,the application of many scenic spots is still very low.Whether in the process of daily travel or after the investigation of some cases,it can be found that there is confusion in the management of tourist attractions.Complaints are high and scores are low.Tourists have many complaints and low ratings for the scenic spot.And in this age of data,tourism data are not being used effectively.The scenic area operation control system designed in this paper is developed using Java language,with Spring Boot,Spring Cloud and My Batis as the main framework.The overall architecture of the system is micro-service architecture,so as to ensure the flexible expansion of system development and meet iterative requirements continuously.After demand analysis,the system is divided into four parts: Message Center,Order Center,Event Center,Data Analysis,the author designed and completed these four parts independently:The message center realizes the purpose of timely communication by pushing messages to managers.It forms a communication center within the scenic area and provides multi-dimensional query message,batch editing message function.Order center mainly includes order combination query,order data collecting and management functions.Its purpose is to manage orders uniformly.And it supports order data export,provides order analysis,so as to optimize the management structure of scenic spots in time.The Event Center provides map pattern overview and event management,supports event dispatching,viewing disposal records and processing progress,and supports classic events to be stored in the case database.Data analysis display the data according to the operation situation,make full use of the business and visitor data to make decisions,and make visualization to adapt to the large screen.Passing through designing,coding and testing,the system initially meets the needs of customers and the functional requirements.It is easy to operate with a concise page.It’s comprehensive,integrated all the required functions.It is convenient for the maintenance and management of scenic spots.In the future,we will continue to iterate functions to create a more comprehensive operation control system. |
