With the application of the new generation of information technology,the manufacturing industry was gradually developing to network and intelligent production,and the processing model was also gradually transformed from large-scale centralized control,and the production logistics process was increasingly complicated by the production logistics process.Ideas and new manufacturing models such as cloud manufacturing,industrial product service system,community manufacturing,etc,deeply influenced the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing.In order to adapt to this change,this paper uses the production logistics service process of smart workshop to research objects,and research on the operation of self-organizing operation and operational status evaluation.Firstly,the logistics service of production process was analyzed,and the manufacturing resources involved were modeled by CPS.In order to achieve the goal of data acquisition and information integration,the OPC UA constructs the information interaction network model and instantiation information model of production logistics service resources,and configures the logistics service resource nodes by using the industrial control computer,so as to realize the main function of independent perception and decision-making of the service resource nodes.Secondly,aiming at the self-organizing operation modeling problem of multi service resource nodes in production logistics,the self-organizing operation mechanism of "taskresource" two-way autonomous cooperation was proposed,and the "task-resource" configuration was analyzed from the perspective of global and local optimization,and the global optimization of "task-resource" was realized was used to multi-objective teaching and learning optimization algorithm;CNP mechanism constructs a fast response mechanism of active task allocation and self-organizing resource allocation,which realized the local optimization of resources and the ability to adapt to abnormal production,and realized this process through OPC UA subscription / publication mode.Then,based on the event driven real-time state model of manufacturing resources,the state transition of AGV and machine tools was realized,and the abnormal state was identified in time through real-time comparison.Then,by analyzing the network characteristics of production logistics service,a multi-layer production logistics super network model based on hypergraph was established according to the relationship among process,processing equipment and AGV.In this paper,the performance of hypernetwork was evaluated by topological structure evaluation indexes and physical attributes,and the relationship between multi topological agents and the basic characteristics,influence and change rules of their structures were revealed.Through sorting the importance of processing equipment and AGV nodes,it provided support and basis for guiding production logistics.Finally,a prototype system of production logistics self-organizing scheduling and status evaluation was developed by using MATLAB GUI,including CPS node configuration,production logistics self-organizing operation and production logistics evaluation.The correctness of the theory and model proposed in this paper was verified by a practical case.
