| Since entering the information age,China has been moving towards the direction of information power and information power,and the collision between5 G technology and information technology makes our information technology enterprises get better opportunities and face more challenges.The same is true of W Company as a member of an information technology enterprise.In this highly competitive field,if we want to further strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises,we must strengthen the management ability of enterprises,improve the comprehensive quality of employees,and strengthen the sense of responsibility.Administrative personnel play an important role as a connecting link in the enterprise,not only ensuring the efficient operation of the enterprise,but also related to the safe and stable operation of the enterprise to a certain extent.Therefore,the administrative personnel of the enterprise are particularly important for the survival and development of the enterprise,how to correctly evaluate the working ability of the administrative personnel,and how to establish a set of scientific,reasonable and feasible performance management system for administrative personnel,it is a problem that needs to be seriously discussed in the development of enterprises.Based on the understanding of the performance management of the administrative department of W Company,the article first describes the research background and purpose,in order to correctly understand the importance of performance management to administrators and further clarify.After that,I extensively read the relevant literature at home and abroad,deeply study the successful examples of performance management of enterprises at home and abroad,analyze the current situation of performance management of W company with data,and find out the existing problems of performance management of administrative staff.and study and discuss the formation mechanism of this problem,according to the development status and future goals of W company,put forward the improvement ideas of the performance management system of W company.After formulating the overall optimization ideas and direction,defining and improving the purposes and principles of performance management,the indicators and weights are reset,there are not only the overall layout but also individual adjustments.Considering the overall structure of performance management,this paper also makes a deep discussion on the implementation and safeguard measures of the executive performance management program of W Company.This paper probes into the preparatory work for implementation,the design of the assessment system,the implementation of management,the avoidance of errors and related safeguard measures,and applies five major safeguard measures from the aspects of organizational optimization,defining post responsibilities,and strengthening training and management.I hope that through the construction of a set of excellent implementation plans and safeguard measures,the system can be truly implemented and achieve the expected good results. |
