The search and tracking turntable is the installation platform of the photoelectric tracking system.As the installation benchmark of the photoelectric equipment for stable tracking,it can realize the attitude adjustment of the photoelectric equipment in the azimuth and pitch direction.It is the optical and mechanical structure foundation of the search and tracking system.When the photoelectric tracking equipment is in the tracking mode,the pointing error caused by the turntable will have a great impact on the tracking accuracy of the tracking target,so it is essential to analyze the pointing accuracy of the turntable.In this paper,according to the requirements of technical indicators,the overall design of the search and tracking turntable is carried out.Based on the multi-body system theory,the pointing error modeling analysis is completed,and the accuracy design suggestions for the development of the turntable are put forward.The turntable is tested and analyzed through the error test experiment.Firstly,the structure of the search and track turntable is designed.Based on the functional requirements and technical indicators of the turntable,the overall scheme of the turntable is designed,including the structural design,driving scheme design and the selection of measuring elements.Then the static and modal analysis of the designed mechanical structure is carried out by using ANSYS software to verify that the designed structure meets the use requirements.Secondly,based on the multi-body system theory,the error model of the search and track turntable is analyzed.This chapter discusses the process of establishing error model based on multi-body system theory,established its multi-body topology according to the structural characteristics of search and track turntable,analyzed the main sources of turntable pointing error,and gradually established the turntable pointing error transfer model.On this basis,through the mathematical simulation analysis,the influence of each error term on the pointing accuracy is obtained,and the key error sources are identified,which provides suggestions for the accuracy design in the actual development process of the turntable.Finally,the experimental test and analysis of the search and track turntable are carried out.According to the design scheme of the turntable and the precision design suggestions put forward in the error analysis stage,the real turntable is developed.According to the requirements of technical indicators,the single precision test and comprehensive error experiment are designed to verify that the verticality,rotation precision and system tracking precision of the search and tracking turntable meet the requirements of technical indicators.
