Efficient logistics sorting has become an important link in the transformation of logistics enterprises to informatization,automation and industrialization.With the rapid development of the information age,the updating speed of logistics sorting equipment has gradually accelerated.A large number of logistics enterprises and online retail businesses have begun to use automatic sorting equipment to save manpower.Hanging transport chain,the author of this paper,first of all,the research on sorting technology at home and abroad,on the basis of the transmission sorting equipment structure and sorting work process are analyzed in detail,based on the embedded microcontroller processor is proposed external communication,internal communication,motion control level three level cascade structure of distributed intelligent sorting system overall scheme.Aiming at the communication demand of intelligent sorting system,in order to ensure the distributed control system has good external real-time communication ability even when the communication volume is large,a USB-CAN adapter with USB virtual serial port as the communication interface is designed to carry out external communication and realize the system’s large-capacity data communication.In order to solve the contradiction between the communication rate and the communication distance of distributed controller in intelligent sorting system,a network topology based on CAN hub was designed,which realized the long-distance communication of distributed controller at high speed.In order to realize parcel sorting,a 125 k Hz low-frequency RFID card reader is designed to realize parcel identification and parcel information uploading.In order to meet the precise requirements of the transmission confluence chain of the key equipment in the motion control of the sorting system,a coupling model of the transmission confluence chain was established,and the speed planning was carried out by using the quintuple polynomial flexible acceleration and deceleration method,which realized the tracking of the connecting position of the screening line.In order to meet the requirements of transmission efficiency and transmission fairness in the process of package confluence in the system,a double-queue single server model with priority differentiation was established,and the influence of package arrival rate and priority on the transmission efficiency and transmission fairness in the primary and secondary transmission chains was studied.A transmission confluence policy with variable priority was designed.Finally,the suspension transmission chain intelligent sorting system is implemented,the hardware circuit of the four devices designed in the system is introduced,and the program flow chart of the communication and logic control of the system is given.After that,the communication test and field transmission sorting function test of the system are carried out to verify the feasibility of the system design scheme.
