Large reflector antennas are widely used in strategic early warning,deep space exploration,radio astronomy and other fields.With the increase of antenna aperture and the improvement of working frequency band,the requirement of antenna pointing accuracy is constantly improved.At the same time,the increasing antenna diameter leads to the declining stiffness of the structure,and the directional performance is more and more affected by the service environment.Therefore,how to effectively guarantee the pointing performance of the reflector antenna in service environment is a key problem that restricts the improvement of the antenna performance.To solve this problem,this paper focuses on the monitoring and compensation of the pointing performance of the reflector antenna.The specific contents include:Firstly,an effective independent method based on pointing sensitivity is proposed to optimize the sensor layout for monitoring the pointing performance,which lays a foundation for monitoring and compensating the pointing performance of the reflector antenna.In this paper,the sensitivity matrix of the influence of the deformation at different positions of the antenna’s main reflector on the pointing error is derived,and the Fisher information matrix is modified accordingly,thus an effective independent method based on the pointing sensitivity is established.At the same time,on the basis of the spatial distribution-effective independence method,the effect of the space Angle is considered,and the expression of the binary adjacency matrix is redefined,and the correction method of the spatial distributioneffective independence method is established.Secondly,the sensor number optimization model is established,and combined with the sensor layout optimization method proposed in this paper,the sensor comprehensive optimization method is proposed for the pointing performance monitoring,which realizes the accurate monitoring of the pointing performance of the reflector antenna.Based on the spatial interpolation analysis theory,the deformation of the main reflector is reconstructed from the deformation collected by the sensor.The number optimization model of sensors was established by taking the total error of deformation reconstruction as the objective function.Combined with the sensor layout optimization method,a sensor comprehensive optimization method for directional performance monitoring was established.The simulation results show that the deviation between the pointing error obtained by the comprehensive optimization sensor scheme and the simulation value is within 5%.Then,the feedforward and feedback control model based on pointing monitoring is established to effectively compensate the pointing error of the antenna,which provides a new method to guarantee the pointing performance of the reflector antenna.Based on the feedback control,this paper introduces the feedforward control and establishes the feedforward-feedback control.Aiming at the inaccuracy of feedforward compensation,a feedforward and feedback control method based on pointing monitoring is proposed,which takes the monitoring result of sensor as the input of feedforward control.Compared with the traditional PID control,the feedforward and feedback control method based on pointing monitoring reduces the maximum pointing error by 86.6% and the root mean square error of pointing by 82.6% in an environment with an average wind speed of 10m/s.Finally,the antenna pointing error monitoring and compensation virtual prototype was developed,and the sensor optimization layout,antenna servo control system modeling,control effect simulation analysis and other functions were integrated,which realized the rapid solution of the sensor optimization layout scheme and the efficient analysis of the servo system control performance.
