Optimization And Upgrading Of ERP System In M Pharmaceutical Company

In recent years,ERP management system has been used in all walks of life.The advantages of ERP system in optimizing enterprise cost and improving management efficiency have been recognized by more and more enterprises.In the situation of continuous business change,optimization and improvement of business process,technology upgrading and innovation,enterprises will optimize and upgrade ERP system regularly in order to improve management efficiency.How to optimize and upgrade the ERP system successfully has no less impact on the future development of the enterprise than the first ERP system.This paper is launched for the informatization project of Liaoning M Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.after a detailed analysis of the needs of management system upgrading and the overall defects of its old ERP system,this paper studies the enterprise’s ERP system upgrading strategy,and finally analyzes and designs a practical and effective solution for M pharmaceutical company.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the topic.Combined with the actual business situation of M pharmaceutical company,combined with relevant research and technical analysis at home and abroad,this paper combs the relevant businesses of the enterprise’s production supply chain and finance,and designs specific solutions combined with relevant technologies.This paper introduces the current situation of pharmaceutical intermediate industry and M pharmaceutical company,through the SWOT analysis of the overall defects of the old ERP system and the upgrading of ERP system;Design,plan and select the ERP system upgrade project of M pharmaceutical company.Then design and plan the ERP system upgrade（including the overall goal of the system,ERP system design framework and model selection）.Finally,it puts forward the solution of enterprise ERP system upgrading,including the function and structure of the upgraded ERP system,production supply chain management（procurement business,sales business,inventory business module design）and financial module design.At present,the system has been put into operation.The upgraded ERP system is seamlessly connected with the parent company and upstream and downstream enterprises,which will greatly improve the management efficiency of M company.This paper will also play an important reference role for the informatization of similar small and mediumsized pharmaceutical enterprises in China.
