Research On The Dilemma And Optimization Strategy Of Accurate Poverty Alleviation Files Arrangement ——Taking A County In Henan Province As An Example

In order to build a well-off society in an all-round way,China has vigorously implemented the poverty alleviation strategy,and the accurate poverty alleviation archives have emerged.It is the truest and most objective record of the accurate poverty alleviation work,profoundly and comprehensively reflects the historical panorama of the accurate poverty alleviation work,and has extremely important preservation and utilization value.At present,China has won the battle against poverty,and a large number of accurate poverty alleviation files need to be sorted out more standardized and systematically.The sorting out of accurate poverty alleviation files has become the primary task and has been carried out in depth.Putting the finishing work of accurate poverty alleviation archives in place is the premise and foundation for giving full play to the effectiveness of accurate poverty alleviation archives,which is directly related to the consolidation and promotion of the achievements in poverty alleviation.This paper focuses on the archives of precise poverty alleviation,selects a county in Henan Province as an example from an empirical point of view,and conducts a specific investigation and analysis of the practical case through the combination of literature research,case analysis,interviews,and inductive and deductive research methods.On the basis of understanding the current situation of the county's targeted poverty alleviation archives,combined with relevant theoretical foundations,this paper summarizes and enumerates the county's predicament in the precise poverty alleviation archives,that is,the problems to be solved and improved,mainly reflected in the formation and sorting of poverty alleviation materials.Standards,grassroots software and hardware facilities are not in place,the professional quality of archives staff needs to be improved,and the system for sorting out poverty alleviation archives is not perfect.On the basis of practice,we conduct in-depth analysis of these problems,and summarize and propose targeted optimization strategies,including standardizing the collection and sorting of archives for targeted poverty alleviation,improving hardware and software facilities,comprehensively improving the professional quality of archives staff,and improving archives related to targeted poverty alleviation.arrangement system,etc.At the same time,some more constructive suggestions are further put forward: classify the household files according to the reasons for poverty-stricken households to provide a basis for dynamic monitoring to prevent return to poverty;fully excavate rural historical materials to enrich the form and connotation of accurate poverty alleviation archives;Strengthen the utilization rate of targeted poverty alleviation files and provide services for the rural revitalization strategy.This paper can broaden the ideas and methods for the filing of targeted poverty alleviation in various regions,and at the same time provide certain guiding significance and reference value for the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the filing of targeted poverty alleviation and the consolidation and improvement of the achievements of poverty alleviation.
