Testability is a kind of ability to detect faults,and testability analysis and verification is a key step of testability.At present,testability analysis and verification mainly utilizes physical analysis verification.The detection analysis of the system occurred during the use of the system,it is faulty mode,but the corresponding fault mode is made,but this method will have problems with large cycle,high cost,difficult injection,combined with virtual modeling technology.Development,this paper proposes test virtual modeling and verification of radar antennas using virtual technology.The paper first started from the basic theory of virtual radar antenna model,using intelligent body modeling technology,built a virtual simulation radar antenna model including the tentacles,and finally testing the virtual simulation radar antenna system fault injection,get testability Indicators result,complete test virtual analysis and verification.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:First,in response to the problem of virtual modeling targets and methods,the atrial study is conducted.Testability analysis and verification comes from the occurrence of faults.When a system fails,it is necessary to detect the fault.Repair according to the degree of damage to the system being detected,so that the system works properly,in which the fault,detection,and maintenance include reliability,maintainability,affordability,and testability basic theory knowledge,and combine the system structure of radar antennas,using agent and discrete event modeling technology,can complete the construction of virtual radar antenna simulation model.Secondly,for the construction of the virtual radar antenna simulation model,it is introduced.First,radar antenna system uses multi-layer nested structural features to perform model structures.Secondly,the model includes components of the main system,division system,division system,part and guarantee library.Then,the communication rules in the system are introduced,with the system and components,and the components,the components,the part and the guarantee are followed,followed by port communication.The model also includes a test analysis and verification design component that reads the fault encoding from the real-time loop to the test machine,thereby implementing fault injection,and calculates the test-related indicator data value returns to the test machine.Finally,in a case of a certain radar antenna system,testability analysis and verification are performed according to the design plan.The process of virtual verification first selects the verification scheme of both parties.The virtual antenna system is then simulated 50,000 hours to obtain a sub-system failure rate,thereby selecting a sample quantity assignment of the system.This paper sets 23 detection points.By fault injection,extract if each monitoring point has signal,will generate a fault-detection matrix,and the feature extraction is made,remove the fuzzy group and the whole group,calculate the test target failure detection rate and fault isolation rate cause the realization of radar antenna testing virtual analysis and verification,and propose improvements to test design.
