With the development of economic globalization,the manufacturing enterprises market competition is fierce.In order to reduce operating costs,many enterprises have begun to apply inventory management information system.However,traditional MIS have some drawbacks such as low data update efficiency,low information utilization and heavy systems.In view of these problems,a material inventory analysis and purchasing assistant decision-making system that combines RFID technology and data mining technology on the basis of the traditional MIS is designed.The system is composed of two subsystems: RFID information acquisition subsystem and auxiliary decision-making subsystem.The requirements analysis and architecture design of subsystems are carried out.The information collection subsystem is implemented based on RFID technology.This subsystem realizes the information automatically collected,processed and uploaded.It composed both hardware and software,the software part is designed based on the ISO/IEC 24751 standard.The auxiliary decision-making subsystem can mine data of inventory information and provide decision support information.The ARIMA model is applied to forecast the material demand and a method based on the C4.5 decision tree is proposed to classify materials from the three dimensions: material use,material value and purchase risk.Then a decision analysis strategy of inventory control is discussesd,which based on material classification and demand information.By using this strategy,the Decision-making system can provide effective decision information support to users,helping enterprises improve inventory management and decision-making.The whole system uses B/S and C/S framework,providing flexible and changeable access interfaces.Meanwhile,this system runs on a cloud server,then enterprise can spend less maintenance cost and conveniently use it.Whit this system,decisioners can make more use of enterprise informatization,improve decision-making efficiency and accuracy to save costs,which is of great significance to the informatization transformation of enterprises.
