| In recent years,inspired by the working mechanism of human brain,the development of brain-like intelligence has gradually become a hot topic in various fields such as artificial intelligence.The realization of brain-like intelligence depends on the in-depth exploration of brain functions and its operating mechanism,including its cognition,learning,control and other abilities.As an important branch of emotion bionics,more and more researchers have paid attention to it.Emotion ability has gradually become the main symbol of human intelligence.As a new nanoscale device,memristor has the advantages of non-volatile,resistance value variability,fast switching,memory and calculation integration,as well as low power consumption and high integration.With its excellent properties,memristor has become an excellent choice for hardware realization of synapses in biological nervous system.Bionic circuits based on memristor is standing out in brain-like intelligence.Memristor can help design more bionic circuits to simulate human recognition,emotional evolution and emotional behavior inhibition and provide a reference for the further development of bionic brain.Based on the research of memristor and bionic computing,this paper explores the design and implementation of memristor bionic circuit for recognition and emotion.The main contents are as follows:Aiming at the problem of low accuracy and complicated data processing of traditional target recognition method in multi-target recognition.A memristor based on multi-target localization and recognition circuit is proposed by simulating human eye recognition.The circuit consists of preprocessing module,integral holding module,position identification module,size recognition module and signal processing module.The preprocessing module can reduce the difficulty of detection by converting complex target signals into easily identifiable signals.The method of location recognition is adopted by the circuit to improve the accuracy of recognition.The integral-holding module based on variable memristor threshold can be flexibly constructed to meet different requirements.At the same time,a simple circuit module is used to eliminate the interference signal effectively and improve the reliability of identification.The design of multi-target localization and recognition circuit based on memristor has the characteristics of real-time detection,low power consumption,small area and good robustness,which provides ideas for the realization of subsequent emotion recognition,and also provides a reference for the further development of recognition bionics on hardware.Aiming at the problem that most of the bionic devices are structural and functional bionic,and the emotion bionic is rarely involved,a memristor emotion circuit based on second-order damping system was designed.The circuit consists of perceptron module,emotion generation and evolution module and memristor neural network module.The perceptron module based on the second-order damping system realizes the real-time perception and sensory adaptation.The module of emotion generation and evolution reflects the differences of individuals by analyzing the emotional tendencies produced under different personality traits.The memristor neural network module converges the received emotional signals to a specific emotion,producing a specific posture.The realization of memristor emotion circuit based on second-order damping system provides a new idea for constructing more complex emotion bionic circuit.Aiming at the problem that limbic system emotion intelligence is difficult to be realized by hardware circuit,an emotion based behavior inhibition control and self-repair memristor circuit are constructed.The circuit consists of recognition and retention module,damage detection module,repair compensation module and output module.The amygdala and orbitofrontal cortex can be recognized by the recognition and retention module,and the amygdala can be recognized by the damage detection module.The damaged amygdala can realize its self-repair through the repair compensation module,and finally the amygdala can recognize the fear emotion and produce the behavior inhibition function.The construction of emotion-based behavioral inhibition control and self-repair memristor circuit shows that memristor bionics can achieve more functional circuit design in emotion via a hardware way,and provides a method for the further development of brain-like intelligence.Based on memristor,this paper constructs a memristor based multi-target localization and recognition circuit,a memristor emotion circuit based on second-order damping,and an emotion-based behavioral inhibition control and its self-repairing memristor circuit.The bionic intelligence is realized by hardware,which provides reference for the research of the new generation of bionic intelligence technology. |
