| The rapid development of information technology has a more and more direct and profound impact on various industries.At present,the operation and management informatization of most water plants lags behind other industries.For water enterprises,the development of water plants must keep up with the progress of the times,and we should fully realize that modern information technology has become one of the most important environmental factors affecting the development of water production industry.The mode transformation of water plant production and management needs to fully rely on modern information technology,construct industrial informatization platform of water plant,accelerate production and management efficiency of the water plant with the help of the advanced industrial Internet,and accelerate the progress of water plant and the whole water industry.This paper take the production and operation system of HY Water as the research object,mainly introduces the theory of Industrial Internet and the impact of it on modern industry in Chapter II,and combined with the current situation of water industry,this paper proposed the theoretical model of Smart Water in water industry.In Chapter III,this paper analyze the problems existing in the existing data acquisition system,automatic control system,production management system and system business cooperation of HY Water.The problem is mainly reflected in: the data collection is insufficient,the automatic control is unreliable,the system is scattered the data island is serious,the accuracy of the production management system is low,and so on.Based on the analysis of the causes of these problems,combined with the latest information technology and the leading construction cases in the same industry,and according to the relevant theories of operation management and information management,this paper discusses the construction of HY Production Management Information System of in Chapter IV.The main steps as: Firstly,upgrade the data acquisition equipment,automatic control equipment and system on the production site to strengthen the ability of data acquisition and automatic central control;Secondly,upgrade the network,server and other IT infrastructure,establish the water plant IOT communication Big data platform through K2 engine and Enterprise Container Cloud technology,collect the massive data of the water plant into the unified Big data platform warehouse database of water affairs,and make all systems of HY Water can be operated together.Then realize the improvement of production scheduling,operation monitoring and cost analysis efficiency of the production management system,and establish a production intelligent model based on big data analysis.The output results of the intelligent model can directly guide the production and operation.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the construction scheme,this paper discusses the project process,risk response,resource control and system security,and puts forward the corresponding guarantee measures in Chapter V.By combining theory with practice,this paper adopts the idea of raising problems,analyzing problems and solving problems,which provides a reasonable scheme for the construction of HY Production Management Information System.While solving the existing problems,it also paves the way for the future information construction of HY Water.The research results of this paper have a certain reference significance for other water plants in the industry.It is hoped that the water industry can avoid detours in the process of information construction,make full use of today’s information technology to improve the efficiency of water enterprises and make due contributions to water resources management. |
