| The processing effect of radar target tracking and data fusion has an important influence on the output of radar target in different systems,so the research on radar target tracking and data fusion is of great significance in the process of radar data processing.This thesis mainly researches and realizes the relevant content,and the work is as follows:1.According to the design requirements of the ground radar effectiveness simulation model tracking system,three different radar target tracking systems are designed,including search warning radar,target indication radar and air defense guidance radar.According to the different functions of the three radars,the track initiation algorithm,filtering algorithm,data association algorithm,track compensation algorithm and track extinction algorithm of the three radars are studied.The tracking function of the three radars is tested by simulation,and it is verified that the three radars can track multiple targets stably.The system is integrated into the simulation platform,which can complete the relevant tracking task requirements and obtain the track information of the tracking target,and the experimental effect is good.2.The traditional filtering algorithm is improved,and an adaptive state update filtering algorithm based on spline interpolation and a state update filtering algorithm based on LSTM sequence prediction are proposed.The above two algorithms use spline interpolation to fit the target motion state and use LSTM to predict the target state sequence to obtain the a priori information of the target,which improves the prediction accuracy of the prior information in the process of the filtering algorithm,improves the filtering results,and enhances the robustness of the tracking process.When the motion state of the target is unknown,the existing traditional filtering algorithm uses dynamic modeling to adapt to different targets and the motion state does not match,resulting in the non-convergence of the filtering results.By comparing the simulation results of the two algorithms with the traditional algorithm It is shown that the two algorithms are better than the traditional algorithms in the process of tracking multi-state targets,can effectively reduce the tracking error caused by target state changes,and are more suitable for tracking complex targets.3.On the basis of three radars,a radar networking data fusion system is designed to solve the problem that the tracking accuracy of a single radar is difficult to guarantee in a complex environment,or it is easy to lose part of the information of the target when it is interfered,resulting in the target losing track.The related system design of radar networking data fusion is completed through the research on the time registration,space registration,radiation source location,track fusion and other related algorithms of radar networking data fusion.The simulation shows that the data fusion between radars through the network of multiple radars makes the radar tracking process more robust.After the system is integrated into the simulation platform,it can effectively improve the target tracking accuracy and improve the anti-interference ability of the target tracking process. |
