In recent years,UWB(Ultra-Wide Band),as an emerging short-range wireless communication method,has been widely used in short-range communication applications.UWB communication uses nanosecond pulses to transmit data in a way that is different from normal wireless communication.Therefore,UWB technology has a wide frequency band,fast transmission rate and strong privacy.UWB technology has been widely used in devices interconnection,indoor positioning,searching for objects,electronic access control and other aspects.Based on UWB technology,aiming at the antenna design of UWB devices in different applications,this thesis proposes the design schemes of low-profile dual-band antenna,omnidirectional antenna and planar circularly polarized end-fire antenna,to realizing the portability of UWB devices and pursue better antenna performance.The main content of this thesis can be summarized as the following three points:1.Aiming at the application of UWB communication in indoor precise positioning,the relevant antennas of UWB devices are designed.We determine the type and simulation performance of the antenna of the UWB devices,and give a design idea of low profile dual-frequency antenna as the antenna form of the UWB tag.Finally,the performance of the antenna and the actual performance of the antenna in the positioning application of UWB are verified by the physical test after machining.2.Based on the previous design,we replaced the UWB antenna with an omnidirectional antenna for better radiation performance.According to the bandwidth and channel requirements of UWB,a three-layer circular patch antenna is constructed.By adding several blind holes on different layers of the patch,the resonant frequency interval of different modes is shortened,and the broadband resonance is realized on the low profile omnidirectional antenna.3.For UWB pointing remote control applications,the antenna on the UWB transmitting equipment must be an end-fired circular polarized antenna.We analyze the design idea of circularly polarized antenna and design two main radiators of circularly polarized antenna respectively.The energy is evenly distributed to the two radiators through coupling feeders.By changing the total length of phase shift line,90° phase difference of circular polarization is realized.The design scheme of circularly polarized antenna is presented and a scheme of amplitude and phase independently adjustable in circularly polarized antenna design is summarized.
