| In recent years,the construction of traditional smart city has increasingly deepened problems such as "system chimney","data island","repeated construction" and "low degree of intelligence".The fundamental reason for this problem is that the construction model of traditional smart city faces a single business scenario and adopts a single level of information technology.With the rapid development of smart city construction into the new smart city stage,the "smart" demand of the city is gradually developing towards "integration and innovation","collaborative sharing","integration" and "intensification".The technical architecture is characterized by "multi-level" application scenario and "compound" technical demand,which is in a sharp contradiction with the problems existing in the construction mode of traditional smart city.[Objective] In view of this contradiction,this article proposes to study the composite technology demand model of the smart city under the new situation based on the multi-level application scenario of the new smart city,so as to provide reference for redefining the technical architecture blueprint of the new smart city,change the construction concept and ideas,and optimize the construction path and mode.[Method] The analysis is conducted on the matching of composite technology requirements for the multi-level scene requirements of the new smart city based on the research on smart city development and basic technology theory.In the research practice,this article analyzes the implementation path of the composite technology requirement model in terms of domain knowledge,basic science,artificial intelligence and multi-modal data fusion,and verifies the effectiveness and scientificity of the model on the basis of practical cases.[Process] This article takes the information flow process of typical urban governance events as the research object to analyze the cros validation relationship and fusion enabling relationship of artificial intelligence technology,big data fusion technology and knowledge atlas technology in multi-level application scenarios in terms of the information collection level,information organization level and information analysis and evaluation level.Firstly,this article analyzes the data fusion relationship of video event recognition,voice event recognition and IOT perception event recognition at the level of information collection,and studies the fusion path and fusion framework(data level,feature level and decision level).In addition,this article expounds that the data fusion technology,artificial intelligence technology and knowledge map technology present multidimensional,multi granularity and multi-level fusion relationship in practical application.[Conclusion] The research results show that data-driven data fusion and basic platform fusion,artificial intelligence(AI)-driven technology cross fusion and domain knowledge driven business planning fusion are the best ways to meet the requirements of digital construction of new smart cities.[Innovation] Research reflects the characteristics of multi-level application scenarios and compound technical architecture of the current new smart city.The new smart city technical architecture must be a compound architecture with cross validation and multi-level fusion,including data-driven + AI + domain knowledge,and have strong practical significance for the development and construction of smart city and the future development of society. |
