In today’s knowledge economy era,knowledge has become an emerging factor of production for enterprises,and knowledge management is increasingly important to enterprise technological innovation.How to use knowledge management to realize enterprise technology innovation is the concern of domestic enterprises.From the perspective of knowledge management,this paper selects Huawei,which has the strongest domestic technological innovation performance,as a case company.Based on the data analysis of Huawei’s patents,it reveals Huawei’s technological innovation path,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the technological innovation of other domestic enterprises.Based on the relevant theories of knowledge management,this paper selects the knowledge transfer dimension and knowledge flow dimension from the perspective of the enterprise,and selects the tacit knowledge dimension from the perspective of the inventor.Three dimensions are analyzed to systematically and comprehensively study Huawei’s technological innovation path.From the perspective of enterprises,the knowledge transfer characteristics of Huawei’s technological innovation path are revealed based on Huawei’s patent citation analysis,and the knowledge flow characteristics of Huawei’s technological innovation path are revealed based on Huawei’s patent flow analysis.In the research on the dimension of tacit knowledge from the perspective of inventors,the characteristics of knowledge transfer,knowledge flow,and the characteristics of knowledge possessed by enterprise inventors from the perspective of enterprises are selected as influencing factors,and the core value of Huawei’s inventors at various stages is selected as the influencing factors.Based on the empirical regression of the influence mechanism,the commonality and difference of the influence mechanism at each stage are analyzed to obtain the technological innovation path of Huawei’s inventors.Then,according to the three development stages of Huawei,draw Huawei’s technological innovation roadmap based on the conclusions of the above three dimensions,and combine Huawei’s knowledge transfer characteristics,knowledge flow characteristics,and inventors’ core value at each stage.The comprehensive analysis of the impact mechanism of Huawei has extracted and summarized the technological innovation paths of Huawei in the initial stage of development,the stage of transformation and expansion,and the stage of technological catch-up.They are as follows: The technological innovation path of "focusing on originality in the technical field";the technological innovation path of "improving the professionalism of the technical field";the technological innovation path of "expanding the openness of the technical field".Finally,according to the technological innovation paths of Huawei at various stages of development,relevant development suggestions are put forward to other domestic enterprises.Domestic enterprises can selectively learn from and introduce them according to the development stage of their own enterprises to improve their own technological innovation: enterprises in the initial stage of development should "pay attention to independent innovation and consolidate the knowledge base of enterprises";those in the stage of transformation and expansion should Enterprises should "pay attention to in-depth innovation and increase the competitive advantage of knowledge";enterprises in the stage of technological catch-up should "pay attention to open innovation and enhance the leading position of knowledge".
