The traditional OPC(OLE for Process Control)server uses COM(Componet Object Model)and DCOM(Distributed COM)component technology,which makes it only applicable to Microsoft platform,and the traditional OPC server also has some defects in the performance of network data transmission.To compensate for the shortcomings of traditional OPC technologies,the OPC Foundation has published a platform-independent OPC UA(OPC Unified Architecture)specification.The specification uses object-oriented technology to formulate a unified address space and an extensible information model,which enhances the data description ability of field equipment,provides a rich information model for the application development in the field of the Industrial Internet of Things,and realizes the data interaction at the level of the Industrial Internet of Things.In this thesis,OPC UA server address space and information model were developed by reading relevant literature on OPC Unified Architecture,and configurable node management module,model resolution configuration module and storage module were designed.And through the test client to achieve the relevant function test.By writing XML(Extensible Markup Language)structure document,model semantic information in XML structure document is extracted by model parser,and through interaction with node management module,the information model is loaded,node information in address space is created,and the information model is instantiated by using service function.Finally,after connecting the test client,the server address space can be browsed,and the simulated device data can be written into OPC UA server by connecting the simulation device end,and the relevant data information can be read out by the test client to realize the visualization of the information model.Usually,an industrial field control system has at least hundreds of field devices,and various devices may support different bus protocols,and it also may come from different suppliers.In order to integrate different fieldbus devices from different suppliers and realize data transmission among industrial field devices and information exchange between devices and control systems,this thesis finally proposes a method combining EDDL(Electronic Device Description Language)and OPC UA.EDDL device integration technology is used to combine the industrial field equipment horizontally,and the application function of the equipment is written into the interactive method,so as to strengthen the interoperability of large-scale field equipment.
