Switched reluctance motor(SRM)has been widely studied and used in electric vehicles,household appliances and industrial production due to its wide speed regulation range,high driving efficiency and low production cost.However,due to the inherent double convex pole structure and nonlinear electromagnetic characteristics of SRM itself,it has the disadvantages of large noise,torque ripple and high current peak in the operation process,which seriously restricts the promotion of SRM.For the above problems,A three-phase 6/20 structure switched reluctance motor is regarded as the research object in this paper,,proposed a speed angle optimization method to suppress torque ripple and reduce the peak current,focusing active disturbance rejection control technology further optimizes motor speed regulation system,and set up experimental test platform for the prototype,to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the proposed method.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The structure,working principle and mathematical model of the switching resistance motor are introduced,and the traditional direct instantaneous torque control is introduced into the SRM control system.Because the choice of turn-on angle has an important impact on motor performance,setting the end point of the two-phase exchange zone as the rotor position angle,then proceed to the derivation of mathematical formulas,an optimization method is proposed to obtain the optimum turn-on angle according to the speed adaption.Establish an equivalent mathematical model for simulation experiments,the difference of current and torque graphs of DITC strategy before and after turn-on angle optimization at different speeds was compared and analyzed.The results show that the optimal strategy can suppress the torque ripple,reduce the effective value and peak value of the current,and improve the efficiency of the motor.(2)In order to further improve the accuracy and stability of motor control,on the basis of completing the DITC optimization strategy above.the traditional PID control technology was replaced with the active disturbance rejection control resistance control technology.Then the ADRC model was built and introduced into the DITC control system model for simulation experiments,and the torque detection experiment,speed measurement experiment when the motor starts and changes were carried out.The results show that the ADRC technology can improve the stability of the motor when applied to SRM speed regulation system.(3)The SRM performance test platform was built with STM32 chip as the main control chip,and the SRM performance was tested.The design hardware circuit includes: power conversion circuit,drive circuit,position detection circuit and other peripheral circuits;Keil 5platform programming software design,mainly introduced the main program and speed,current loop subroutines.The experimental results verify the validity of the project.
