With the rapid development and progress of modern society,the overall scale and complexity of the circuit are increasing,resulting in more and more challenges to the circuit design,especially for the widely used digital analog hybrid circuit.This situation is more prominent.The main reason is that the digital analog hybrid simulation tool is not perfect enough to provide sufficient technical support for the design and Simulation of logarithmic analog hybrid circuit.This also leads to the design of digital analog hybrid simulation tool,which has attracted the attention of industry people in the field of EDA.In order to provide a simulation software that meets the requirements of accuracy,has a friendly application interface,and can conduct behavior level simulation design of digital analog hybrid circuits,this paper investigates the relevant EDA software and digital analog hybrid simulation algorithm.Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the native mode and bonding mode commonly used in the current mainstream digital analog hybrid simulation tools,a unified simulation method is adopted for the native mode to simulate the hybrid circuits,However,it lacks the support of the latest digital chips and digital analog circuit models.Considering the problems of software cost performance and support for the latest chips and circuit models,this paper proposes a scheme of designing digital analog hybrid simulation software using bonding mode.The bonding mode is a working mode that divides a hybrid circuit into several relatively independent analog circuit and digital circuit modules and simulates them with professional engines.The main problem to be solved is the timing collaborative design and mutual data interaction of simulation of different modules.Its advantage is that it uses the mainstream engines in the respective fields of digital and analog circuits,with high simulation accuracy,high cost performance,and full and new support models.This paper designs and implements a bonding mode digital analog hybrid circuit simulation software,which uses MATLAB Simulink,a system level simulation tool with good openness,as the upper simulation platform,selects PSpice,which is highly accurate and supports the latest chip and component models,as the simulation engine,and selects Modelsim,which is the preferred performance in the industry,as the digital simulation engine.The problems and solutions in the software implementation process designed in this paper: first,for the simulation timing synchronization between different analog modules and digital modules in hybrid circuits,this paper proposes an improved topology sorting algorithm to control the flow direction of data flow and ensure the accurate and stable operation of circuit simulation;Secondly,for the data interaction between analog module and digital module,this paper puts forward the method of using Simulink interface module to realize the cooperative operation of analog simulation engine,digital simulation engine and Simulink engine;The third is the realization of fault simulation.Based on the realization of functional simulation,the circuit fault model is constructed,the fault injection method is designed,the automatic batch fault injection and fault simulation of logarithmic analog hybrid circuits are realized,and the data and engineering of functional simulation and fault simulation can be reasonably stored and processed.In addition,in order to make the software writing more standardized and optimized more convenient,this paper uses the software design idea of layered architecture to divide the software.The experimental results based on the software simulation prove the practicability and accuracy of the hybrid simulation software,and reflect the advantage that the design method can quickly collect a large number of hybrid circuit fault data.There are two deficiencies: first,the automation of circuit splitting is not high;second,the component fault model is insufficient and needs to be added later.
