A Study Of The Demand And Development Countermeasures Of Public Sports Service In Rural Areas In Henan Province

Improving the level of public sports services which can Promote the vigorous development of mass sports is an important public service functions of the government,and it is also an inevitable requirement for implementing the national fitness strategy for all and implementing the Healthy China Initiative.After the rural revitalization strategy was put forward,rural production,ecology,and people's lives have been greatly improved.This has spawned new demands from rural residents and put forward new requirements for the supply of rural public sports services.Accurately identifying the needs of rural residents for public sports services is an important way to improve public satisfaction and achieve high-efficiency supply.Based on the above,this paper takes the public sports service demand of rural residents in Henan Province as the research object,puts forward demand development suggestions for the construction of rural public sports in Henan Province by analyzing and summarizing the current situation and influencing factors of rural public sports service demand in Henan Province.According to the whole process of “Grounded Theory”,this paper uses qualitative analysis software Nvivo11 to complete the three-level coding analysis of the collected data Interview text and the results of semi-structured interview,Summarizes the factors affecting the demand for rural public sports services in Henan Province,a theoretical model of the demand for public sports services is constructed.In addition,based on the Attractive Quality Theory and analysis tool Kano Model,a case study was carried out with rural residents in Shangqiu City as the investigation object,to analyze the importance and priority of the demands of various public sports services.The following conclusions were drawn:1.The factors affecting the demand for public sports services can be divided into subjective and objective aspects,Subjective factors include exercise behavior factors,exercise desire factors,and objective factors include sports development obstacles,sports environment,sports development background,and public sports service supply,These factors directly or indirectly affect the content and manifestation of public sports service demand;2.The current situation of rural public service demand in Henan Province includes that: The level of overall demand is low and the content of demand is single;Individual needs of residents are not paid attention to by the government;The demand is greatly affected by the level of public sports services and shows regional differences;Residents have many potential sports needs,but there is no effective demand feedback mechanism in Henan rural areas;3.The survey results show that the public sports service demand items can be divided into two types: Attractive Quality and One-dimensional Quality,to improve the dissatisfaction with public sports services,Shangqiu City can optimize the maintenance and management of fitness venues and facilities.If Shangqiu City wants to carry out new rural public sports services,it is a good choice to train residents' sports skills.According to the above conclusions,the following suggestions are made:1.The government should investigate the demand of rural residents,allocate resources reasonably according to the demand,and improve the effective supply;2.To meet the diversified needs,the government should deepen and refine the function of public sports services,promote the marketization of public sports services;3.The government should improve the demand expression mechanism of rural residents,and improve the management and evaluation system of public sports service in rural areas;4.Local governments should formulate supply development strategies with local characteristics and in line with the needs of local residents,and consider using Kano model to assist the government or relevant institutions in the analysis of residents' sports needs.
