Research On The Organizational Reform Of Colleges And Universities In The Process Of Establishing The General Education Model

As a way of cultivating elite education in ancient Greece,general education,we should face up to the value of general education,and we should also change the concept of university education.Taiwan Chung Yuan Christian University integrates general education into the school's talent training system,regards general education as the university's basic education and core education,gives full play to the impact of general education on people,and cultivates talents that are widely praised by Taiwanese enterprises.Therefore,this article takes the Chung Yuan Christian University of Taiwan as an example and uses the methods of case analysis and comparative research to analyze the changes and measures made in the three aspects of the university's organizational structure,organizational culture,and organizational environment in the development of general education.At the time of knowledge education,it is necessary to pay attention to the consistency and systematization of the school's educational philosophy and the general education philosophy;attach importance to the establishment,inheritance and development of organizational culture;attach importance to the establishment of a sound general education organization structure;attach importance to creating an internal and external organization suitable for the development of general education Environment;pay attention to the adjustment of school organizational changes such as setting up rich and diverse general education courses that are in line with the school's talent training goals.In addition,school leaders also need to pay attention to general education and the inheritance of organizational culture.In this way,colleges and universities can establish a complete general education model with their own characteristics in the process of developing general education.
