College is an important stage of personal socialization,which is called the "second weaning period".The mental health of college students is becoming an increasingly important issue.Social anxiety is one of the major psychological problems affecting college students' physical and mental health development.However,according to the research on the relevant literature,the author found that there was little research on social anxiety among college students.Therefore,this study wish we could use the professional perspective of social work to explore effective ways to alleviate college students' social anxiety.Quantitative methods were used in this study.We start with select students with desire to improve social situation,provide group counseling to investigate their social anxiety status.Research has shown that group counseling and cognitive behavior therapy are effective intervention methods for social anxiety.This study was guided by Cognitive-Behavior theory,aiding for reduce their level of social anxiety,improve social conditions,improve the physical and mental health of college students,and promote the development of the whole person.The results show that group counseling has great effect on reducing college students' social anxiety,and Cognitive-Behavior therapy can effectively improve irrational cognition and problem behavior in college students' socialization.This article is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction.Firstly,the author introduces the research background of social anxiety,then introduces the research purpose and significance of this study,and finally,introduces the research object and the overall research designThe second part is a summary of the relevant research.Firstly,the basic theory involved in this paper is introduced,secondly,the definition and development of social anxiety at home and abroad are summarized and summarized,the concept of social anxiety and anxiety is distinguished,the current situation of social anxiety of college students is combed and analyzed the main factors of social anxiety of college students,and finally,the existing practical research on social anxiety intervention of college students is collected and collated and the side face tools are determined.Through the research and analysis of related research,it is found that: the current situation of social anxiety of college students is not optimistic,the intervention of social workers is very necessary,and at present,there is less research on social anxiety combined with social work of college students at home and abroad,and the study of the causes of social anxiety is not comprehensive enough,so social workers will use interview methods and group working methods to dig deep into the social needs of N college students and provide targeted counseling.The third part is the research design of this group's work and the introduction of the reasons.First,social workers screened the subjects and conducted semi-structural interviews to assess the needs of the clients,and secondly determined the objectives,objectives and specific measurement tools of the group.The fourth part is the concrete implementation of the team's intervention.This paper mainly introduces the basic situation of the group and the specific intervention process.Combined with cognitive behavioral therapy,the author divides the whole group process into three stages: early group(first group activity),middle group(second,third,fourth,five group activities)and later group(sixth group activity),each with different priorities.The primary objective of the group's early stages was to build trusted professional relationships to help the group know and understand each other,and the group's medium-term goal was to help them change their social perceptions,reacquaint themselves,tap potential,and learn reasonable social skills through a series of targeted group activities to help them develop their social skills and apply them to their daily lives.The fifth part is an assessment of the work of the Panel,with the aim of assessing its effectiveness.This includes both the results assessment and the process evaluation,which includes the before-and-after comparison of the IAS scale and the self-assessment of the team members,and the process assessment includes an assessment of the group's content,group activity arrangements and group performance,and the use of social worker's professional skills.The results showed that the social work of the group was able to achieve better results in reducing the social anxiety of college students.The sixth part is a summary and discussion,a review of the working methods and working patterns of this study,and a discussion of the group social work in college students social anxiety intervention may have limitations.
