Systematic review and summary of existing academic achievements in the field of special education is a very important content in special education research.It is a general method to evaluate the academic progress of special education by selecting a large number of literature and selecting the key academic points of view for disciplinary review.However,this method is susceptible to the influence of personal empiricism,and it is difficult to quickly excavate the research results of the subject from the massive archive database.Knowledge graph is an effective knowledge processing tool,which can refine and visualize academic research on special education.Knowledge graph can transform the massive information data of the discipline achievements into visual information through the excavation,processing and mapping of information.It can objectively and comprehensively show the current research hotspots and research frontiers of the discipline,and dynamically reflect the development of the discipline.In this paper,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis are used to compare the current situation,research hotspots and research frontiers of special education in China and foreign countries.Through a horizontal comparison of the subject layout and regional layout of the educational journals in CSSCI and Web of Science databases abroad,it is found that there are obvious differences and uneven regional distribution between the two in the journals of special education.By means of special education in the 21 st century the Chinese and foreign policy text analysis and qualitative analysis,combing the domestic and foreign development of special education policy,by comparing the domestic and foreign policy development found a special education policy of our country presents the value orientation of people-oriented,diversified and specific content of the policy,goal oriented policy formation mode,policy formulation and implementation is the characteristics of collaborative,Put forward some reference suggestions for the development of China's special education policy;Through comparative research on hot spots and research frontiers of special education at home and abroad from 2000 to 2019,and combined with high-frequency keyword word frequency analysis,dissimilarity matrix and clustering,and knowledge map of emergent words,a more intuitive understanding of the subject research of special education at home and abroad is formed.It provides reference research content for teachers and researchers of special education.
