| Yunnan province,which is located in the southwest frontier of China,belongs to the plateau mountainous area,its mountain area is really wild and the land resources are limited,mountains contain plains,plains contain valleys,the combination is various and the desperation is spatial.Recent years,with the development of social economy of Yunnan Province,the government increasing traffic,energy,water conservancy and hydropower and other infrastructure construction continuously,accelerate urbanization,industrialization processes,and because of the economic development,the land demands is increased,the contradictions between lands development construction and cultivated land resource protection is very prominent.Therefore,carrying out comprehensive utilization of land resources in the gentle slope and taking full use of the advantage of mountainous slope land resource of Yunnan province have a great social meaning for further transformation of land use and management mode,and the same to rais the level of comprehensive utilization of land resources in mountain slope and pushing mountain slope land resources comprehensive utilization ahead.In this paper,under the support of 3S technology,a comprehensive survey of slope land resources in Yunnan Province is held,which deeply analyses the basic conditions of the comprehensive development and utilization of land resources in gentle slope;using the GIS comprehensive index method to select evaluation factor to establish evaluation index system and evaluation model,evaluates and analyses the suitability of the slope land resources utilization;Based on the construction suitability evaluation,carried out the planning study of comprehensive development and utilization of land resources,did a comprehensive analysis of the gentle slop land resources in Yunnan province.Finally,analysed the different gentle slop land resources development and utilization model when in different geographical environment and select typical cases for empirical analysis.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The analysis results of regional gentle slop resource which is based on GIS technology show that the gentle slop land resources of mountainous area in Yunnan Province is really rich,mainly distribute in the Red River east of the eastern Yunnan,especially is widely distributed in Kunming,Qujing,Yuxi,Wenshan and other regions,which are located in the Yunnan Plateau plane.Besides,cities Xishuangbanna,Simao located in southern Yunnan and cities Dehong,Tengchong located in Western Yunnan also have an abundant mountain resources of gentle slop.After field investigation,it is clear that regional comprehensive development and utilization of the slope land resources has good natural resources and natural environment conditions.2.The gentle slope land resource suitability evaluation results show that,from the spatial distribution,the higher suitable areas are mainly concentrated in the central of Yunnan,on the one hand,this region has a better social economical development condition;on the other hand,this region regard the cities located in the central of Yunnan as a main body,is the core of the growing economic development of Yunnan province,the demand of construction land is huge,the driving force of mountain slop land resources and construction of economic is strong;Areas which have a secondary suitability are those sub cities in Yunnan Province,in these cities,some conditions of mountain slope land resources development are not as good as those cities which have a high suitability,but on the whole,in this area,the regional construction and development of the social economic condition is still good,the demand of mountain slope land development is also strong;areas which have a poor suitability,besides the low economic development level,are also limited by the impact of ecological sensitivity,geological and mineral coating,if such areas can choose development projects properly,develop an eco-friendly industries and combine the mountain slop land resources development with ecological construction organically,the development and construction of mountain slop in this areas will still have some potential.3.Taken the 129 countries as an evaluation unit,based on the factor analysis and cluster analysis,combined with Yunnan province "10-25" planning,functional zoning,the bridgehead construction planning,overall land use planning of Yunnan Province,Yunnan province land remediation of special planning and asked for expert opinion,depart the gentle slop resources of Yunnan Province into three regions,which is,comprehensive development in Yunnan plateau city economic circle slope land resources,comprehensive development area of economic gentle slop land resources along the mountain and comprehensive development area in other cities.After considering the regional natural conditions and social and economic conditions roundly and according to the regional resource and its industrial development orientation,the gentle slop land utilization area is divided into several pieces,so that the land resources can be managed and used properly.4.Combined with the regional environment characteristics in Yunnan,chosen the typical cases to analyse,this paper explores the three kinds of slope land development and utilization of resources type.One is the industrial land,which use the Hongta Industrial Park as a representative,throwing the project named "projects concentrate to the science park,science park distribute to the mountain",achieve the purpose to protect the arable lands and make the industry go up to the hill.The other is the central cities,which takes the new city located in the western of Mangshi as an example,through the slogan:"city in the mountains,the real in the forest,water in the city,people in the green",to promote the construction of mountain city.The third one is film and television,sports,leisure and cultural tourism industry which represented by Tengchong,according to the characteristics of the culture of sprit and entertainment,by suiting one’s measure to its local conditions,highlighting one’s feature,advances the economy to mountain area.These three types,represent the development direction of industrial and urban land go up the hill,so that they can be use to explore and promote the comprehensive development of gentle slop land resources when combined with practical cases. |
