| Procurement is an important link in the production activities of enterprises.For automobile enterprises,the proportion of procurement costs to the total cost of enterprises is very large,so choosing suitable suppliers can not only reduce procurement costs,but also improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises.However,automobile enterprises are faced with a large amount of uncertain information in the actual operating environment,which causes difficulties in supplier selection,and also affects the efficiency and level of supplier selection.Choosing high quality suppliers is the goal that enterprises pursue,and finding high quality suppliers needs to adopt scientific and reasonable supplier selection method.This research is based on the perspective of uncertain information environment to conduct research on supplier selection methods.First of all,the classification and processing methods of uncertain information are expounded;the theory of supplier selection and supplier management is analyzed and combed;the method of supplier selection is classified,and the grey entropy and TOPSIS theory lays a foundation for the future research.Secondly,combining the characteristics of automobile enterprises through the specific analysis of supplier selection method problems,to find out the problems existing in the supplier selection method of non-auto enterprises.It mainly includes three problems: the determination of index system,the processing of uncertain information and the model of supplier selection method,and then puts forward the necessity of constructing supplier selection method system in automobile enterprise.Thirdly,in view of the problem of supplier selection index under uncertain information,this paper puts forward the method of questionnaire survey and uses triangular fuzzy number Delphi method to determine the supplier selection index system.Finally,a supplier selection method model based on the combination of interval hesitant fuzzy entropy and gray entropy TOPSIS method is proposed.For the uncertain information processing problem involved in the model calculation,a method of transforming index data information into interval information is proposed to directly participate in the model calculation.And take the selection of wiper supplier of A company as an example,verify the feasibility of the selection method,and provide the basis for automobile enterprises to select suppliers.The results of this study are not only a supplement to the theory of supplier selection method in uncertain information environment,but also provide reference for the actual supplier selection work of automobile enterprises. |
