| The Annonaceae Juss.that belongs to Magnoliales is one of the most primitive taxa of angiosperms. It is also one of the common families in tropical flora, preferring to live in low-altitude forests with high temperature and humidity, especially in tropical rainforests.According to Flora of China,21 genera and 109 species of Annonacae are native to China, distributed in Zhejiang,Jiangxi,Fujian,Taiwan,Hunan,Guangdong,Guangxi,Yunnan,Guizhou and Tibet.Nowadays, there are still some doubt species in the taxonomic research of Annonaceae that need to be solved urgently, and there are also some contradictions between the research results of phylogenetic analyses of the Annonaceae and the traditional plant taxonomy based on morphological anatomy. In addition, the taxonomic treatments of Flora Reipublicae Popularis Sinicae and its revised edition,Flora of China have yet to be investigated. Therefore, there have been many controversies in the taxonomic of Annonaceae in China, which requires further research. While melocular phylogenetic analyses are becoming more and more mature, which can provide new evidence for taxonomic research from the level of plant genes. In this study, three commonly used molecular phylogenetic analysis methods,Bayesian inference,Maximum likelihood and Maximum parsimony were used to investigate the Annonaceae.Chloroplast DNA from 21 genera and 84 species(19 genera and 65 species in this study, and 13 genera and 26 species of Genbank data)of plants genes,atpB-rbcL,rbcL,trnL-F,matK,trnS-trnG,psbA-trnH were sequenced for phylogenetic analysis, hoping to solve the existing doubtful problems in the taxonomy of Annonaceae in China from the molecular systematics level. In the meanwhile, the results of this research may provide some revised suggestions for the second edition of Flora Reipublicae Popularis Sinicae and its revised edition,Flora of China, and also provide basic data for the study of ecology, phytogeography and other related disciplines.According to the sequence contatenate phylogenetic trees in this study, the taxa of Annonaceae in our country are divided into 4 subfamilies:Anaxagoreoideae,Ambavioideae,Annonoideae and Malmeoideae.Combined with literature and specimens research, along with molecular phylogenetic analysis, the following results were obtained by this study:1.Comfirmed taxonomic status of Chieniodendron hainanense(Merrill),which should be classified as a member of Meiogyne,Meiogyne hainanense(Merr.)Ban;2.The species of Meiogyne kwangtungensis P.T.Li is transferred to the genus Pseuduvaria,Pseuduvaria kwangtungensis(P.T.Li)X.L.Hou,comb.nov.,and the description of its floral characteristics is supplemented;3.Two new species collected by our team is identified, and both morphological and molecular phylogenetic perspectives supported its attribution to Meiogyne, the new proposed name is Meiogyne alba Y.Shi,X.L.Hou&T.X.Sun,sp.nov.and Meiogyne yunnanensis Y.Shi,X.L.Hou,Bine,Xue&T.X.Sun.sp.nov..Besides,keys of Meiogyne and the characteristics of the two new species involved in this study is established.4.Polyalthia nemoralis Aug.DC.is excluded from Trivalvaria costata(Hook.f.&Thomson)I.M.Turner and is transferred to the genus Trivalvaria,Trivalvaria nemoralis(Aug.DC.)Y.Shi&X.L.Hou,comb.nov..In addition,a new provincial distribution of this species is supplemented.5.Trivalvaria costata(Hook.f.&Thomson)I.M.Turner is proved to be a mistaken identification, which is actually Trivalvaria nemoralis(Aug.DC.)Y.Shi&X.L.Hou.Moreover,a new Chinese distribution record species,Trivalvaria costata(Hook.f.&Thomson)I.M.Turner is reported here. |
