Research On The Equity Of Urban Health Resource Layout Based On Multi-source Data

Health is the basic demand of urban residents and urban health resources play an important role in improving residents’ health level.Under the background that China’s health and medical resources still have problems such as insufficient total amount,unreasonable layout structure and especially lack of high-quality medical resources,analyzing the current spatial layout of urban health resources and its matching degree with accessibility and fairness has important theoretical and practical significance to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of urban health resources.In this paper,public medical,commercial medical,public recreation,commercial recreation and comprehensive health resources are selected as the research objects,and the central city of Jinan is taken as the research area.With the help of Arc GIS software platform,multi-source data such as urban health resource data,residential house price data of Anjou,OSM road network data,administrative division data,population data and navigation planning data are used,combined with standard deviation ellipse method,two-step moving search method,Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient method and other modeling methods.Firstly,the quantity and spatial distribution characteristics of health resources were systematically analyzed respectively.secondly,the spatial accessibility of each type of urban health resources was explored from the community scale,1000-meter grid scale and 500-meter grid scale.on this basis,the equity of health resources in Jinan City was evaluated and discussed from the perspective of spatial structure of population density and social structure of residential house prices.The research results show that(1)the spatial distribution of health resources in the central city of Jinan is uneven,and all types of health resources show a high centripetal clustering pattern,with the distribution direction extending in the northeast-southwest direction,and their quantity order is commercial medical > commercial recreation > public medical > public recreation.The spatial distribution of various types of health resources in the central city of Jinan is significantly different in terms of quantity,pattern and morphology,indicating a lack of spatial coordination.(2)The accessibility of each type of urban health resources in Jinan gradually decreases from the urban core to the outside,and the accessibility grading demonstrates the effect of 500-meter grid >1000-meter grid > community.For each type of health resources,the accessibility in walking and cycling modes shows a "circle" structure;in driving mode,the accessibility shows an interlocking distribution of "north bottom and south high";in public transportation mode,the spatial distribution of accessibility is also similar to In transit mode,the accessibility distribution is also similar to the structure of "high in the middle and low around",but its graded quality is better than that of walking,cycling and driving.(3)From the perspective of spatial structure,the fairness distribution of each type of urban health resources in the central city of Jinan is very different between walking and cycling at the community scale,and the fairness gap between driving and public transportation is larger;at the scale of 1000-meter grid and 500-meter grid,the fairness distribution of walking and cycling is in a highly unfair and dangerous state,and the fairness distribution of driving and public transportation is very different.From the perspective of social structure,the fairness distribution of walking,cycling,driving and public transportation in the central city of Jinan is widely disparate among all types of urban health resources at the community,1000-meter grid and 500-meter grid scales.
