Research Purposes:The shoulder joint is one of the most vulnerable parts of sports training, especially in the top sports of the upper limbs such as throwing and upper limb hitting(such as table tennis, badminton, baseball, etc.),and the rotator cuff muscle group injury is the most common. The treatment methods of individual physiotherapy, massage and pulling and training rotator cuff are not effective enough,so a more systematic and comprehensive sports rehabilitation program is needed. In order to verify the efficacy of sports rehabilitation combined with ultrasound therapy on rotator cuff injuries, this study recruited college athletes with shoulder joint injuries, and used comparative experimental studies to explore the effects of sports rehabilitation interventions. It is hoped to provide relevant theoretical basis and experimental basis for the prevention and rehabilitation of rotator cuff injuries,as well as the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal pain and the prevention of sports injuries. Methods:In this study, college athletes with shoulder joint injuries(all athletes above the national level Ⅱ)were recruited to conduct special injury examinations of the shoulder joint, screen out patients with rotator cuff injuries, and group them according to the random numbers automatically generated by the computer, the odd number of the tail number was the experimental group(n=9),the even number was the control group(n=9),the control group adopted the ultrasound treatment program, and the experimental group adopted the sports rehabilitation combined ultrasound treatment program, and the intervention was 6 weeks. Before and after the intervention, the special examination of the shoulder joint pain score,SPADI functional score, shoulder internal rotation, external rotation range of motion and Isomed 2000 velocity measuring instrument were tested on the subjects,of which the isotonic muscle strength test mainly selected the indicators of peak torque, relative peak torque, traditional internal and external rotation muscle force ratio and functional internal and external rotation muscle force ratio, and the test speed and mode of the shoulder joint were centripetal contraction and centrifugal contraction at a speed of 60°/s and 180°/s.The obtained data were expressed in mean ± standard deviation, and were included in SPSS 23.0 statistical software for mathematical analysis,in which the experimental group and the control group were treated with Peered-samples T Test before and after, and the Intergroup before and after comparison was treated with Independent-samples T Test, with a significance level of P<0.05 and a very significantity level of P<0.01.Results:(1)Pain score results: There was a very significant difference in pain score decline in the Neer test,Hawkins test and Empty Can test in the comparison experiment group,P<0.01;there was no significant difference in the control group,P>0.05.The inter-group comparison showed that the pain score of the Neer trial and the Empty Can trial in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, showing a very significant difference,P<0.01.(2)SPADI results: Intra-group comparison showed that there was a very significant difference between the experimental group before and after the decline of SPADI functional score,P<0.01;there was no significant difference in the control group,P>0.05.The comparison between groups showed that the decline in SPADI function score was better than that of the control group and had a very significant difference,P<0.01.(3)ROM results: The comparison within the group showed that there was a very significant difference in the before and after comparison of the right internal rotation mobility group of the experimental group,P<0.01;there was no significant difference in the control group,P>0.05.The comparison between groups showed a significant difference in the improvement of the right internal rotation activity after intervention compared with the control group,P<0.05.(4)Isokinetic test results: The comparison within the group showed that there was a significant difference in the PT value of the shoulder joint external rotation at a speed of 60 °/s in the experimental group,P<0.05;there was no significant difference in the control group,P>0.05.The comparison between the groups showed that there was a significant difference in the increase in the PT value of shoulder external rotation in the experimental group,P<0.05.There was a significant difference in the values of shoulder external rotation PT and PT/BW in the experimental group at 180°/s,P<0.05,and no significant difference in the control group,P>0.05.A comparison between groups showed a very significant difference in the improvement of shoulder external rotation PT and PT/BW values in the experimental group P<0.01.The comparison between the groups showed that the traditional muscle strength ratio and functional muscle strength ratio of the shoulder joint internal and external rotations were higher than those of the control group at a speed of 180°/s,and the improvement of the traditional muscle strength ratio was very significant,P< 0.01,and the functional muscle strength ratio were significantly different,P<0.05.Conclusions:(1)After 6 weeks of intervention, the subjects’ pain was reduced, their function improved, their shoulder joint external rotation muscle strength was improved, and the internal and external rotation muscle strength tended to be balanced. Therefore, this study believes that the intervention scheme of the experimental group can effectively improve the symptoms of rotator cuff injury, while the control group intervention scheme can reduce the pain of patients with rotator cuff injury to a certain extent, but it cannot effectively solve the symptoms of rotator cuff injury.(2)Compared with the different treatment regimens of the experimental group and the control group after 6 weeks of intervention, the pain reduction and functional improvement of the experimental group were better than that of the control group, which proved that the experimental group protocol was better than the control group,so this study believes that ultrasonic and sports rehabilitation intervention should be used to treat sports rotator cuff injury.(3)According to the special characteristics of over-head special athletes and the anatomical structure and functional biomechanical characteristics of the shoulder joint, attention should be paid to the balance of shoulder muscle strength, strengthen the muscle strength training of the external rotation muscle group, and strengthen the centrifugal muscle strength training of the shoulder joint muscle group to avoid sports injury.
