| The Qinling Mountains,which run through the middle of China,are the dividing line between north and south in terms of climate,especially as a huge barrier to winter and summer winds.The rich plant resources in qinling mountains are also created by its special geographical location.In recent years,a large number of rock or hard engineering wounds have been caused by various production and construction projects in urban areas,mining areas and roads,resulting in a great threat to the ecology.At present,there are many problems such as difficult construction,high cost and difficult maintenance in slope repair by traditional techniques.Mosses play an important role in water conservation,nutrient cycling,environmental indicator and natural regeneration.Especially,the lithophytes growing directly on rock face have excellent adaptability to environment and resistance to extreme environment.In order to explore new materials for ecological restoration of stony slope,verify the feasibility of artificial cultivation of stony bryophyte crusts,and explore the effects of different cultivation factors on their growth,based on the existing cultivation methods of terrestrial bryophyte,this study rematched the elements that might be suitable for the growth of stony bryophyte,and carried out a complete multifactor experiment.To explore the natural rock moss,rate distribution and cutting the stem length,cultivating factors such as matrix,microorganism and vaccination way influence on artificial cultivation of rock moss,rock moss crust in order to quickly propagation as well as provide sufficient raw materials for rocky slope ecosystem restoration and provide sufficient raw materials for ecological restoration of stony slope and puts forward an efficient and stable way of stone moss restoration of stony slope.The main results were as following:(1)There are 7 families,10 genera and 12 species of lithophytes in the Survey area of Cheyu Cuifeng Mountain,Qinling Mountains.The dominant families were Brachytheciaceae and Pottiaceae.The dominant genus is Brachythecium.The life types of rock moss in the area are Turfs and Weft,to adapt to dry,exposed stony environment.The species of stone bryophytes in the survey area showed a decreasing trend on the vertical gradient.Considering comprehensively,Brachythecium plumosum is the most dominant epilithic mosses population.It is widely distributed in the survey area and is less affected by the environment,which shows that its adaptability to the environment is very prominent and it is very beneficial to artificial reproduction.(2)The experiment on the cutting stem of stone bryophyte crusts showed that the artificial culture and rapid propagation of stone bryophyte crusts could be realized in the artificially controlled growth environment.When the length of the cut stem of the epilithic mosses crust is controlled at 1-3mm,the seeding rate of the provenance is60g/m2,and the selection of the cultivation substrate is the combination of volcanic rock + gauze/linen cloth,the growth condition of the epilithic mosses crust is the best:The new germination number of moss can reach 3000 plants/m2;the length of moss can reach 5.5~6.5mm;the coverage of plots can reach 26~32%,basically forming a epilithic mosses crust.(3)When the stony slope is greened,the best growth condition of epilithic mosses is when the seed source of epilithic mosses crust is inoculated on the combination of 1mm volcanic rock particle size and gauze cushion using the method of broadcasting and inoculation.Epilithic mosses germination number can reach 1675plants/m2;moss length can reach 9.50mm;Epilithic mosses crust coverage can reach42%,and the effect is good.Bacterial and algal microorganisms did not show significant effect on the restoration of rocky slopes. |
