Study On Species Diversity Of Boletales In Longnan Area

Longnan area of Gansu Province belongs to the transition zone from northern subtropical zone to warm temperate zone,which enjoys rich and unique species resources of macrofungi.Through the investigation and samples collection of Boletales in Wudu district,Wenxian county,Kangxian county,Huixian county,Chengxian county and Tanchang county in Longnan area of Gansu province in recent years,141 samples of Boletales were obtained.Through morphological and molecular phylogenetic analysis,65 species belonging to 32 genera and 8 families were identified,and the regularity of distribution of these species in Longnan were analyzed.The results showed that,the Boletales distributed in Longnan area mainly include Aureoboletus,Boletellus,Boletus,Butyriboletus,Chiua,Harrya,Hourangia,Imleria,Lanmaoa,Leccinellum,Leccinum,Mucilopilus,Phylloporus,Porphyrellus,Retiboletus,Royoungia,Rubroboletus,Rugiboletus,Strobilomyces,Sutorius,Tylopilus,Xerocmellus,Xerocomus and Zangia under the Boletaceae;Astraeus under the Diplocystidiaceae;Chroogomphus under the Gomphidiaceae;Gyrodon and Paxillus under the Paxillaceae;Gyroporus under the Gyroporaceae;Scleroderma under the Sclerodermaticeae;Suillus under the Suillaceae;Tapinella under the Tapinellaceae.Among them,there are 24 genera of Boletaceae,which is the dominate family of Boletales in Longnan area,and 7species of Gyroporus,which is the dominate genus of Boletales in Longnan area.In Longnan area,there are 6 families,25 genera and 39 species of Boletales in the confluence area of Qinling Mountain system and Minshan Mountain system represented by Yuhe Nature Reserve in Wudu District,among them,19 genera of Boletaceae,which is the dominant family,and 5 species of Boletus,which is the dominant genus.There are6 families,16 genera and 28 species of Boletales in Bailongjiang forest region represented by Wenxian County,among them,11 genera of Boletaceae,which is the dominant family,and 4 species of Boletus,which is the dominant genus.There are 4families,6 genera and 9 species of Boletales in Huicheng Basin represented by Huixian County and Chengxian County,among them,3 genera of Boletaceae,which is the dominant family.There are 4 families,6 genera and 6 species of Boletales in Kangnan forest region represented by Kangxian County.This study preliminarily clarified the species diversity and distribution of Boletales fungi in Longnan area,and provided theoretical support for the protection,development and utilization of boletes resources in Longnan area.
