Study On Wild Gesneriaceae Resources And Community Species Diversity In Southern Guizhou

Gesneriaceae has rich species and diverse flower types,most of which have high ornamental value.It is an important source for the development of new flower groups.There are about 3,800 species in more than 160 genera and 800 species in 45 genera in China.The complex habitats formed by karst landforms in south and southwest China,breeding a high degree of regional endemism and species diversity of Gesneriaceae plants.Guizhou is one of the main distribution areas of Gesneriaceae in China because of its unique karst landform,large topographic relief and deep terrain cutting,which is easy to form a variety of habitat types and microclimate areas.Taking the wild Gesneriaceae plants in southern Guizhou as the research object,through literature and field investigation,this study studied the species diversity of Gesneriaceae plants in this area,including their species composition and taxonomy.At the same time,the endangered assessment system of Gesneriaceae plants in this area was established to clarify the degree of threat.Then,using the method of community diversity investigation,TWINSPAN was used to classify the number of communities,and the diversity of their clusters was studied.This study provides some basic data for the species diversity of wild Gesneriaceae plants in southern Guizhou,and provides a theoretical reference for the protection,rational development and utilization of wild Gesneriaceae plants in this area.The main results are as follows:(1)Southern Guizhou is rich in wild Gesneriaceae plant resources.At present,there are105 species belonging to 26 genera.After years of research by the research group,a total of57 sample plots in southern Guizhou and 44 sample plots with Gesneriaceae plant distribution have been investigated.61 species of wild Gesneriaceae plants have been investigated,59species(including subspecies)have been identified,2 species in doubt,45 species are narrow and 12 species are widely distributed.The study found 2 new species-Primulina silaniae,Lysionotus × liboensis,and 2 new recorded species in Guizhou Province-Oreocharis stewardii,Paraboea angustifolia.Single species belong to 12 genera,accounting for 46.15%of the total genera.There is only one species of Gesneriaceae in the survey,with 12 genera,accounting for 46.15% of the total genera.The number of genera and species with ≥ 11 species is the largest,totaling 42 species,accounting for 40% of the total species.There are 31 endemic species in Guizhou Province,accounting for 53.45% of the 58 endemic species of wild Gesneriaceae in Guizhou.From the perspective of life form,perennial herbs are the main species,followed by shrubs,and annual herbs are the least.(2)In the taxonomic study,the Hemiboea population of Xianheping Forest Park in Anlong County is tentatively determined as Hemiboea albiflora,the Glabrella population of Xianheping Forest Park in Anlong County is tentatively determined as Glabrella longipes,and the Oreocharis population of Dushan County is tentatively determined as Oreocharis pinfaensis.(3)Through the establishment of the endangered assessment system of wild Gesneriaceae plants in southern Guizhou,the endangered assessment of 40 rare and endemic wild Gesneriaceae plants was carried out.The results showed that there were 4(CR),10(EN),20(VU)and 6(NT).(4)The wild Gesneriaceae plant community in southern Guizhou is rich in associated plant species,belonging to 82 families,187 genera and 255 species,including 19 families,40 genera and 73 species of Lycophytes and Ferns,with the largest number of genera in Pteridaceae,Polypodiaceae,Thelypteridaceae,Dryopteridaceae,Athyriaceae and Dennstaedtiaceae.Seed plants are the most abundant,belonging to 182 species belonging to63 families,147 genera,among which Urticaceae,Poaceae and Asteraceae are the most abundant.Generally speaking,it is dominated by regional single species families and families of 2 ～ 9 species,which are 76 families,140 genera and 174 species.(5)TWINSPAN divided the wild Gesneriaceae plant community into 9 clusters in southern Guizhou.Based on the cluster,the diversity of the community was analyzed.The results show that the diversity of Ass.Paraboea rufescens + Selaginella tamariscina is relatively good,but from the perspective of species diversity of wild Gesneriaceae plant community in Southern Guizhou,the species diversity of the community is low,and there are generally no associated plants or few associated plant species and species.The competitive advantage of these species is weak,some species of Gesneriaceae have only a few distribution points,and the habitat is at risk.
