| The effects of uniaxial anisotropy, interface anisotropy, surface anisotropy, interlayer coupling and external magnetic field on the spin wave resonance(SWR)frequency of magnetic monolayer films and bilayer films have been investigated by using the linear spin-wave approximation and Green’s function technique. We found that the SWR frequencies are influenced by those factors.First of all,the SWR frequencies of system is shifted to higher values with uniaxial anisotropy and external magnetic field increasing;the surface anisotropy field is beneficial to increase the SWR frequency of the middle and low modes, and has a greater impact on the SWR frequency of the odd mode of the symmetric bilayer films in the homogeneous magnetic bilayer films, and the even mode of the asymmetric bilayer films.Secondly, the interfacial coupling interaction has a greater contribution to the SWR frequencies of the even modes of the symmetric bilayer film.It has the greatest influence on the highest mode of the system when the weak interlayer coupling is weaker. Finally, with the increase of the uniaxial anisotropy, the influence of the interface anisotropy on the SWR frequencies of the lower four modes in the heterogeneous bilayer film is significantly enhanced, and when the interlayer coupling of layers A and B increases,it is conducive to the increase of the SWR frequencies of the applied magnetic field on the modes of the system. |
