Water resources play an important role in social development,and huludao,as a resource-deficient city,will face more and more prominent problems of water supply and demand with economic development.The main project of Qingshan Reservoir is located in Suizhong County,Huludao City.The water supply area is the urban area of Huludao City,which is an important source of water resources in Huludao City.There are few self available water resources in the water supply area,which can not guarantee their own use.They mostly rely on large-scale surface water source projects and external groundwater source water supply.However,the interannual fluctuation and uneven distribution of surface water sources cause great difficulties in the development and utilization of water resources.Therefore,It is necessary to optimize the allocation of water resources in the water supply area of the reservoir.In this paper,the water supply area of Qingshan Reservoir in Huludao City is taken as the research object.The main research contents and research results are as follows:(1)The quantity,quality,availability and utilization of water resources in the water supply area are analyzed,and the balance between supply and demand is calculated.It is found that the development of water consumption level varies greatly among different water users,the amount of available water resources in the water supply area is small and the water quality is poor,which can not meet the normal use of various industries.There are still many problems in the exploitation and utilization of groundwater resources,among which the seawater backflow caused by the serious over-exploitation of groundwater resources has seriously threatened the safety of groundwater environment.(2)According to the current annual development situation and the planning scheme to predict the development indicators of various industries,and then use the quota method to calculate the annual water demand of each water consumption unit under the basic scheme at the planning level,and get the total water demand of 190.82 million m~3.Using the leakage rate of pipe network and the self-use rate of water plants,respectively,calculate the water supply and water intake of water plants.On the basis of comprehensive consideration of the construction and use of the existing water source projects and the planned new water source projects in the planning level year,the water supply of surface water source,underground water source and other water sources is predicted,and the total water supply is 210.31 million m~3.Through balance analysis,it is considered that water resources supply and demand are basically in balance at the planning level.(3)On the basis of the concept of sustainable development,taking the comprehensive benefits of economy and society as the goal,the allocation ideas and parameters of basic plan,water-saving plan and economic priority plan are determined.Lingo software is used to establish the optimal allocation model of water resources in the water supply area for the three schemes respectively.The dynamic programming method is used to solve the model.Three configuration schemes are obtained and compared,and it is believed that the water-saving scheme can achieve the maximum benefit.
