Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,organic fluorescent compounds have become a hot research field and have a wide range of application values in life science research.The spectral properties an d applications of BODIPY fluorescent dyes have been greatly developed.Due to the highl y symmetrical rigid planar structure of BODIPY dye molecules,these dye molecules easil y form π-π stacking in the aggregated state and solid state,resulting in fluorescence quenc hing,and the molecular ground state and excited state configuration are not very different,resulting in a relatively small Stokes shift.These deficiencies severely limit their further d evelopment and application in the field of biomass.In order to enrich the functionalization of BODIPY/aza BODIPY dyes,structural innovation and modification are the key content s discussed in this paper.In the second chapter,three novel BONEPY molecules were cleverly designed and sy nthesized using 2,4-diphenylpyrrole as the starting material,fused ring modulation and ele ctron-donating group(-OMe)introduction as a modification strategy.Compared with the a lkyl-substituted pyrroles,the phenyl-fused modification exhibits better spectral properties.Based on the fundamental spectral properties,we performed fluorescence quantum yield,s inglet oxygen efficiency measurement and photothermal efficiency evaluation,in-depth an alysis of the structural modification diversity of the three energy release pathways,and co nducted research on photodynamic therapy and photothermal therapy.And dye nanoparticl es are prepared by self-assembly,further improving the possibility of biological disease di agnosis and treatment applications.In the third chapter,the synthesis of novel methoxy and cyclomethoxy BODIPY and t he photothermal properties of asymmetric BODIPY were studied,and the morpholine ring-substituted BODIPY fluorescent probe was synthesized.and the t Bu-aza BDP dye was syn thesized using the OSHA method.Here,a number of potential fluorescent materials have b een synthesized,especially in the biological field,which will have a wide range of applica tions and provide a certain reference for research.
