With the expansion of Beijing and the accelerated renovation of the old city,there are some problems need to be solved,such as the problems of housing and building property rights disputes in the process of shanty renovation and retention of image data before the shanty renovation,the difficulty of managing the shanty renovation files and the rapid query of the shanty renovation degree,the difficulty of visualizing the underground distribution through the two-dimensional underground pipe network,and the protection of historical and ancient buildings.The effective combination of real-world model and BIM with 3DGIS platform provides a new method to solve the above problems.This paper uses FEIMA D2000 UAV with Sony a6000 five-lens camera for tilt photography and Context Capture to build a real-world model of Changxindian shantytown.Combining the 3D vector map and the real-view model,this study stratified and subdivided the old buildings and bungalows in the ancient town of Changxindian into single units,and the demolition files are associated with the real-view model for storage.This paper uses Focus S 350 ground 3D laser scanner combined with DJI Phantom 4Pro drone tilt photography to obtain color point cloud data of ancient buildings,and uses Revit software to construct BIM model of historical buildings based on point cloud data.Based on B-Rep and CSG modeling methods,this paper constructs the underground pipe network 3D model by using Super Map pipe network adaptive modeling method.Through the analysis algorithm study of underground pipe network profile,this paper realizes the horizontal and vertical profile analysis based on underground 3D pipe network.Based on B/S architecture,this paper uses Super Map i Client3 D for Web GL front-end interface and Super Map i Server back-end server to develop 3D GIS platform for shantytown renovation in Changxindian ancient town,realizes the management of housing demolition information in layers and households as a single entity,visualization of shantytown renovation work progress,BIM refinement management of ancient buildings,3D visualization of underground pipe network and 3D spatial analysis.The system has played a significant role in the actual work of shantytown renovation in Changxindian ancient town,providing reference value for shantytown renovation and digital protection of ancient buildings.There are 66 pictures,12 tables and 66 references.
