Different disturbance will cause the change of forest soil nutrient status, and will affect the physical and chemical properties of soil and microbial community characteristics in different degrees. Therefore, the study on soil physicochemical properties and microbial diversity characteristics of Betula platyphylla secondary forest under different disturbance will be of great significance for scientific management and functional improvement of Betula platyphylla secondary forest in Daxing ’anling. In this study, three secondary forest plots of Betula platyphylla with different disturbance types were set up in Genhe City to study the characteristics of soil physical and chemical properties and soil microbial diversity. The results show that:1)The soil quality of Betula platyphylla secondary forest was affected by different disturbance, and soil fertility was changed.Entropy weight method and chromatography method were used to determine the weight of soil fertility index. The soil factor with the highest weight was available P(0.233),followed by organic matter(0.165).Therefore,available P and organic matter are important parts of soil index, which can contain most of the information of soil factors and have a great impact on soil fertility.Through the grey correlation method to determine the birch forest under different disturbance of grey correlation degree, the soil fertility of grey correlation degree from big to small for artificial stripe interference(0.88)> over cut interference(0.65),(0.74)> the fire interference correlation degree is higher, the better soil fertility, soil quality is higher,so the artificial stripe sample soil fertility of the best.2)A total of 3317 OTUs were annotated by 16 S r RNA gene sequencing of soil samples of betula platyphylla secondary forest in the selected study area.Acidobacteria,Proteobacteria and Verrucomicrobia were the dominant species.A total of 1314 OUTs were found in 9 phyla by ITS sequencing, among which Ascomycota,Basiddiomycota and Mortierellomycota were the dominant species.3)Through RDA analysis,p H was the main factor affecting the soil bacterial community in the study area, and TP was the main factor affecting the fungal community.
