Research On The Evolution Of Public Service Supply Cooperation Network In The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

Under the national strategic background of further promoting the construction of Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Bay area,the public service supply cooperation in Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Bay area is an inevitable requirement to accelerate the coordinated development of Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Bay area,and is also of great significance to comprehensively promote the co construction,sharing and integrated development of regional public services.Based on the theoretical framework of institutional collective action,this thesis collects the intergovernmental agreement data of 11 cities in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Bay area,and uses the social network analysis method to investigate the evolutionary characteristics and influencing factors of the public service supply cooperation network in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Bay area from the Perspective of complex dynamic network.The results show that the Intergovernmental public service supply cooperation network is becoming closer and closer,but the growth rate slows down month on month;The cooperation network has gradually formed cooperation patterns such as "Guangfozhao" and "Shenguanhui",and the urban circle structure of "core edge" has become increasingly clear;the cities including Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Hong Kong and Macao are the core node of the cooperation network,radiating and driving the surrounding cities;The evolution of intergovernmental public service supply cooperation network is affected by network endogenous structural factors and exogenous individual behavior characteristics,that is,the network form tends to establish a strong network relationship structure,and intergovernmental cooperation has a preference for selective aggregation trust cooperation mechanism;Geographical proximity,strategic proximity(nested network)and heterogeneous economic level can significantly promote the evolution of public service supply cooperation network.Therefore,local governments should form a trust mechanism for intergovernmental cooperation,plant geographical advantages,give full play to the siphon effect of key cities,and build a nested development pattern in the bay area,so as to promote the further development of intergovernmental cooperation in public services in the Greater Bay area of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao.
