| Corn is a largest grain crop in china,and important food source as well as an important feed,industrial and pharmaceutical raw material.Therefore,increasing corn yield is crucial to ensuring food security and promoting animal husbandry and industrial development.However,soil saline-alkalization is common in Inner Mongolia.Therefore,it is very important to improve the utilization rate of saline-alkali land.As the study of different modifier on saline-alkali land,this study current chart in Inner Mongolia agricultural university science park on the saline-alkali soil improvement and corn test,through different treatment mainly saline soil indexes and microbial indexes and the comparison of maize growth and yield index,this paper discusses the different modifier of alkali soil chemical and biological properties and the effects of maize growth.The main results are as follows:(1)There were significant differences in seedling emergence rate,seedling height and seedling diameter between soil treatment with microbial compound fertilizer and CK treatment,indicating that soil improvement using fertilizer had better seedling emergence and growth effect.By analyzing the effects of soil improvement on grain number,dry weight and other yield indexes of maize,it was found that the number of ear,ear length and grain number per ear of microbial compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer +chemical fertilizer soil treatments were significantly higher than those of other treatments.However,the difference in yield between microbial compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer + chemical fertilizer soil treatments was not significant.(2)Applying gypsum alone to improve soil has a better effect of reducing p H.The ability of microbial compound fertilizer and cow manure manure + chemical fertilizer to reduce soil electrical conductivity was better than that of chemical fertilizer alone,but there was no significant difference with CK treatment.There was no significant difference between all fertilization treatments and CK in soil alkalinity,and fertilization treatment had less effect on soil alkalinity than gypsum improved treatment.In terms of soil nutrients,cow dung organic fertilizer had the best effect on increasing soil organic matter,while gypsum alone did not increase soil organic matter content.The effect of organic fertilizer on improving soil available P is not as good as that of chemical fertilizer.There was no significant difference in soil available k among different treatments.The content of ammonium nitrogen was the highest when microbial compound fertilizer was applied.The nitrate nitrogen content of cow manure manure +chemical fertilizer treatment was higher than that of other treatments.(3)Through the analysis of the effect of different processing on soil microorganisms,the microbial community composition of CK treatment and chemical fertilizer treatment was similar to that of CK treatment of species richness,the results of the analysis from the aspects of species and microbial abundance analysis result was the same,dealing with the number of species in the CK was more,its advantage was a Ascomycetes fungus community.(4)The height and coverage of weeds were the lowest,and the number of common weed species and weed species were the lowest,indicating that microbial compound fertilizer had a certain inhibitory effect on weed growth. |
