With the "14th Five-Year Plan" and "Long-Range Objectives Through the Year 2035"proposing to cultivate and strengthen the marine engineering equipment industry and break through the key technologies of deep-sea oil and gas production platform,China’s offshore engineering equipment manufacturing industry has ushered in an important development period.As one of the most commonly used materials on offshore platforms,the management mode of pipeline still depends on manual bookkeeping.Recording material information in this way is a huge workload,and it is easy to make mistakes,so it is difficult to form information sharing in warehouse management department,processing and production department,finance department and other departments.At present,most warehouses of marine equipment manufacturing enterprises in China still adopt the sorting mode of manual combination equipment,and the efficiency of sorting by manual crossing is low,which seriously restricts the construction speed of marine equipment.Based on the research and development and application project of intelligent pipe processing platform of ocean engineering,the author studies the intelligent warehouse management system of pipe processing workshop of Yantai CIMC Raffles Ocean Engineering Co.,LTD.This paper designs an intelligent warehouse management system for the managers and employees of the management department material warehouse.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:According to the material warehouse business of CIMC Raffles Management Department deeply.First of all,this dissertation summarizes and analyzes the participants and business processes of the material warehouse through UML modeling,and summarizes the functional requirements of the management system.Secondly,combined with the current software system development technology,we design and develop the intelligent warehouse management system of pipe processing workshop,the system architecture is based on B/S structure,its database applies SQL server 2000 and the client program is written in the language the Visual Studio 2017 C#,and the main functional modules are described in detail.At last,the paper analyzes the types of materials in the warehouse of the piping workshop,establishes a new six-level material coding system,analyzes the characteristics of the existing two-dimensional code and designs the meaning of the two-dimensional code in this paper.According to the optimization analysis of warehouse operation,this dissertation constructs a mathematical model of the material picking path out of the warehouse based on the "One Order One Truck" picking mode with the shortest path as the optimization objective.By selecting multiple orders and using ant colony algorithm to optimize the solution,the path results before and after optimization are analyzed,and the optimized picking walking route has been reduced by more than 20%.After the development,the system has been put into trial operation in Yantai CIMC Raffles Marine Engineering Co.,Ltd.,and it runs normally,effectively meeting the daily management needs of enterprise warehouses,and solving the problems existed in the original warehouse management to some extent.The delivery time has been plunged on the original basis,greatly reducing the logistics cost of enterprises.
